You might be seeing a lot of Eric Fuller over the weekend. Hes one of the people injured in Jared Loughners shooting rampage, taking rounds in the knee and back. Hes also a vicious bigot, and because hes elderly and a military veteran, the Left is going to fall in love with him.
Fuller gave an interview with the Democracy NOW radio show, in which he said of the Tucson shootings: It looks like Palin, Beck, Sharron Angle, and the rest got their first target. Presumably hes not talking about Judge John Roll.
Their wish for Second Amendment activism has been fulfilled, Fuller ranted on, senseless hatred leading to murder, lunatic fringe anarchism, subscribed to by John Boehner, mainstream rebels with vengeance for all, even 9-year-old girls. I didnt realize the Second Amendment called for all those things. They must be lurking in one of the penumbras or emanations.
And John Boehners part of Murder, Incorporated now? Even by the frothy standards of liberal hatemongering, thats quite a stretch. At least the fevered minds of the Left can say that Palin, Beck, and Angle are feisty and confrontational. Boehner apparently inspired a murderous rampage by gently taking that gavel from Nancy Pelosis hands.
Fullers emergence as a beeping smoke detector amid the right-wing haze of the Climate of Hate has already drawn praise from Soros operative Eric Bohlert, who issued a Twitter taunt to Michelle Malkin and Andrew Breitbart: Countdown to smearing wounded veteran from Tucson massacre begins now. Gosh, I hope Michelle and Andrew dont mind if I go first.
Let me make this nice and clear for simple minds: getting shot does not confer either insight or sainthood, and neither does service in the military. I already know people like Bohlert understand the latter, since I dont think youll see a McCain-Palin bumper sticker on his car. Every decent American should run like the wind from the creepy notion that certain people are completely above criticism, even when they question the very humanity of others.
Honorable military service is a strong point on any resume but the military doesnt stand for suppressing dissent through bloody slander. A lot of the people who think Eric Fullers military service make him impossible to disagree with usually have a much more nuanced view of veterans, and their red-faced insistence on perfect virtue for their icons of the moment is very temporary. Ask Cindy Sheehan to read you the expiration date on her Absolute Moral Authority card.
Anyone who would go on the air to accuse Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Sharron Angle, or John Boehner of having anything to do with Jared Loughners actions is a disgrace. Nothing they did earlier in life changes that, and their deeds earlier in life are not erased by their current willingness to become part of the most disgusting political narrative of the new century. Its all part of the concept of free will, which implies the ability to choose badly, and be held accountable for it
no matter who you are. Despite the urging of fringe characters like Bohlert, the mainstream media might back away from Fuller because hes such an obvious nut. Then again, certain networks might be unable to resist the temptation to lean forward.
Is this the guy who is currently on a 5150 hold?
Yes, and now he’ll be their poster child for “trauma” induced death threats.
Yep, who knows if he’s really a veteran. Another poster said the sheriff said he was the taxi driver that dropped off Jared. This is getting curiouser and curiouser by the minute.
Where did you see that?

I think that this is the same guy who was just involuntarily committed after being arrested for making a death threat against the leader of the AZ TEA Party.
yep - told a Tea Party representative at an ABC studio, "You're dead!". Has been now been admitted to a metal health facility.
The lefts newest poster child got himself arrested

Fuller discloses on a hypnosis blog that he was discharged from the military for a non-physical disability years ago, drank for 40 years, stopped a year ago. Sounds like he's been getting disability pay for most of his life, as he's had lots of time for political activism.
He reportedly said that he got into a scuffle with a Marine at the Safeway on Saturday before the shootings. Had to separated by one Gifford's team, Zimmerman, I think, who was killed later. Sounds like a nut-case from way back.

Werent the police looking for an accomplice of Jareds? Havent heard anything else about that. Beginning to wonder about this guy. He was also connected to a hypnosis website.

The poster replied in the affirmative, that the police had been looking for someone and it was determined that the other person spotted turned out to be the taxi driver.
To: MsLadyThe poster did not reply that the sheriff said that Eric Fuller was the taxi driver.
. He was, according to the sheriff, the taxi driver that dropped off the murderer at the scene.

I do recall reading on another recent thread here on FR that Fuller works or did work as a chauffeur. It probable means nothing, but not much surprises me any more.
So were Mussolini, Tojo, Kim Il Sung, and a host of other left wing freaks.
Eric Fuller, you were shot by a man influenced by leftist ideology.
Pay attention, Fuller. Leftist thinking is by nature incoherent, a condition resulting from the chaos of relativism.
Relativism, the bedrock of progressive ideology, asserts there is no ultimate truth, allowing leftists to engage in their common practice of asserting one thing today and then completely contradicting themselves tomorrow. (Like schizophrenics do.) Take it one step further and you have insanity, then chaos and destruction.
Progressivism is founded on the absurd belief that certain people can be given the power to give and to take away the rights of other people. This principle confirms to the sociopath that he is morally free to kill other people as he chooses.
Progressivism teaches that human life has no intrinsic value, and through liberal sentencing of convicted criminals, it teaches that committing horrible crimes such as killing other people will likely bring minimal consequences. Liberalism encourages the sociopath to kill.
There you have it, Fuller. Loughner merely followed your own ideology to its ultimate conclusion.
Sounds like he got discharged for drinking. I think we can safely say he's an alcoholic of 40 years, and by taking his word, has been sober for a year.
A year of sobriety after 40 years of drinking is not enough time to regain much sense of clarity. He's still an angry drunk.
He'll be off the wagon in a week
Well put.
You’re confusing Fuller, who was shot at the event, with the taxidriver who was initially a suspected 2nd party to the rampage, but was then clered.
Fuller is nothing short of nuts, close to the level of Jared.
Elsewhere I’ve read that Fuller was discharged from the military for health reasons other than physical. Can’t imagine what that could be.
