To anyone hoping that New York Times columnist Paul Krugman would apologize for his unfounded, untrue and inflammatory declarations in a Saturday blog post and Monday column that right-wing rhetoric drove Jared Loughner to shoot Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., and murder six others in Tucson Saturday dont hold your breath.

Yes he has no shame and no apologies. He is about to be hoisted on his own petard.
He had better be prepared for real vitiol. He hasn’t seen any yet, but he is going to be seeing some now.And I do not see a single thing wrong with that either.
Unity be damned. The Unity Obama wants is the lock step of totalitarianism. DISUNITY is what we want, and vitriolic debate. The more vitriol the better.
Isn’t it sad when a person is so delusional and out of touch with reality and no one in their group of friends or family cares enough to recommend an intervention.
Krugman and Matthews come to mind when I think about people who have no one who loves them enough to care about their mental well being.
I recently saw a panel discussion on CSPAN that featured several members of the Princeton faculty. Those individuals didn't appear to me to be qualified to teach kindergarten. Obviously, expertise isn't an important criteria for being hired by Princeton.
It's hard to understand how Princeton continues to be ranked at the top of US universities. Perhaps, it just that most of the other universities are equally awful.
Why should he apologize for something that works. There is a Connection between Rhetoric and Violence, afterall after 8 years of constant berating of George W Bush look at what they have Accomplished.
Krugman is almost is hated as Palin and he doesn't have the cash for protection.
i agree...don’t want an apology.
do want an explanation why he doesn’t cite the many documented statements of violence on the left.
that’s a challenge that, as he continues to refuse to address/reply, makes those fair minded on the left more openly doubt him
The last thing I want is for Krugman to retract or apologize.
His constant parade of ignorant hate-filled diatribes is a perfect illustration of the unhinged left.
Every time he opens his mouth he helps the conservative cause.
Have to laugh when I think of him getting a Nobel Prize.
Same value as Zero’s.
Wouldnt you be scared as hell if the majority of people agreed with obama?
Yup. That's part of the reason we need to defund and abolish the Department of "Education".
And they aren’t the least embarrassed by their double standards concerning the violent rhetoric of leftists.
Not only is it sad, it is a tragedy, for these folks believe they are merely passionate while their opposition is vitriolic. This is a recipe for justified violent conduct from the left. Both of them should be criticized in the most stringent way possible, and attacked without remorse. The goal: drive them into even further extremism. This whining they do is merely a mark of conservative success.
krugman: the posterboy for “Stuck on stupid”
“Isnt it sad when a person is so delusional and out of touch with reality and no one in their group of friends or family cares enough to recommend an intervention.”
- Maybe his family and circle of friends are just as delusional and out of touch with reality as he is. Birds of a feather flock together.
