Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

They need a disaster, made-up or otherwise, to declare an emergency, shutdown the Internet (they already started with Net Neutrality) and talk radio in the name of preventing incitement, disarm the population quietly and take away freedom of assembly and the rest of our freedoms.
History shows they alwasy use a CRISIS, either real or manufactured, to cloak their totalitarian moves. It’s always for the benefit of the general welfare of the people and needs to be enacted immediately and without delay. No time to think or debate!
