EXCLUSIVE: Stephen Baldwin knows he's been a bad, bad boy. The 'Usual Suspects' actor has chosen PopEater to publicly apologize to Sean Hannity for saying he should "get off the radio" for exhibiting "petty stupidity" by bashing his older brother Alec on the air last week.
"I did a very foolish thing," Stephen admits when he reacted negatively (and publicly) after Sean played Alec's pig-headed voicemails to his then 11-year-old daughter during a Jan. 4 broadcast. "When Sean played that again, it really caused a knee-jerk reaction in me 'cause it's my brother," he tells PopEater. Watch after the jump!
(VIDEO AT LINK)
That "knee-jerk reaction" came in the form of a text-message and comments to Page Six, where Stephen bellowed, "This behavior by Hannity is the stupidity that people often refer to when they think of George W. Bush and Sarah Palin. If he needs to lower himself to petty stupidity, then he needs to get off the radio."
Them's fightin' words and the FOX News star quickly shot back by slamming the '30 Rock'-er for not fighting his own battles.
"Alec trash-mouths all the time, including me, and it's too bad he needs his little brother to defend him," he said. "I don't need lectures from any Baldwin on conservatism, religion, politics or anything else. That's one screwed-up bunch."
Stephen now says that what Sean isn't taking into consideration is that making fun of someone can be "hurtful to others. Other members of my family."
Chalk it all up to brotherly love, but Stephen now thinks he was in the wrong and is ready to attone to his fellow Christian conservative.

Sarah Palin and The Tea Party keep exposing the numerous “Elitists” who claim to be Conservatives, are actually anything but.
I have to agree... can't stand listening to him anymore.
Stephen is a good guy, and it’s pretty natural to jump to the defense of his brother. Sean should have him on the program to show there are no hard feelings.
Defending your brother, OK, attacking Conservatives, FU.....
From all accounts Stephen is a good guy and a conservative. Sean should accept his appology. I can understand his reaction, afterall, it was his brother.
Same here. How he manages to stay on the air is quite beyond me.

Agreed.
Stephen has to know that his brother has made abusive, vicious and derogatory attacks on his political opponents which are also hurtful to their families and friends as well. That said, politics is what it is. It’s a contact sport and can get rough. If one cannot stand the heat then get out of the kitchen!
Calling for raping a minor girl, is o.k. though as long as her last name is Palin, right?
It was actually Poor Pauls on Tennessee St.
Alec may be your brother, Steve, but most of us who have brothers understand that some of them can be outright jackwagons...
He’s actually very conservative. Didn’t drink or anything. I think he used to be pretty heavy on the sauce. His brothers are jerks but he seems pretty chill.
Adam Baldwin always struck me as an okay guy...
And don't forget the endless parade of tiresome, RINO guests such as Tokyo Rove, Newt Gingrich and John McCain.
As you said, he is unlistenable.
Wonder if Obama is concerned about the lies that Piper Palin hears about her mother in the national media.
Christina Green is, to me, the saddest part of this whole mess...and proves to me without doubt that the shooter was crazy.
Black celebrities frequent Tally during certain parts of the year due to FAMU events such as Homecoming. As a bouncer at a prominent night spot, I can tell you with certainty that celebs are all over the place there.
Keep in mind as well that FSU has events throughout the year that draw big crowds such as homecoming. A lot of celebs are FSU alum, Burt Reynolds being one of them, for instance.
Ah yes, the Pourhouse. They still do $5 wings and beer on Thursdays?
I’m not sure. Its not a regular hangout.
Probably because he has no relation to the Baldwin brothers.
