To: Never on my watch

Strange, doesn’t seem like this guy was a bitter clinger (guns and religion nor from PA)...just an evil guy inspired by Markos. By the way Markos, COLBgate may eventually catch up to you.

http://obamareleaseyourrecords.blogspot.com/2011/01/new-report-on-obamas-democratic-party.html#comment-form

Excerpt:

19. Cronin’s notifications have never been revealed to the public.

20. If the notification from Cronin to Obama stated that Obama was found not qualified to be on the Hawaiian ballot, Obama had five business days after the finding to send a written request for a hearing to contest the finding and reconcile his lack of eligibility with the DPH.

21. Upon receiving a request for a hearing from Obama, Cronin was obligated to schedule the hearing within 10 business days of receiving the request.

22. Hearings to contest candidate eligibility findings are conducted under Administrative Procedures governed by HRS AR 91.

23. AR 91 allows a petitioner for a hearing to request reasonable scheduling accommodations in order to attend the hearing based on travel, personal matters and/or financial issues.

24. The hearing would have been conducted around mid to late October, 2008.

25. Barack Obama’s grandmother was reported to have become gravely ill in early to mid October, 2008.

26. Barack Obama was in Hawaii in mid October, 2008. The American public was told that his only business there was to visit with his ill grandmother.

27. Obama went to Hawaii, suddenly, without his wife and children, even though Dunham’s condition was reported to have been expectedly declining for several weeks, during which, at any time, Obama could have otherwise scheduled a planned visit. The exclusion of Dunham’s great-grandchildren and Michelle Obama during this visit is odd. Madelyn Dunham did not pass away for two more weeks after Obama’s visit having never been visited by Obama’s family in her final months.

27. HRS 11-113 (b) states: If there is no national party or the national and state parties…do not agree on the presidential and vice presidential candidates, the chief election officer may determine which candidates’ names shall be placed on the ballot or may leave the candidates’ names off the ballot completely.

28. Barack Obama was included on the 2008 Hawaiian Presidential ballot.

Also CNN reported the gun was a semi-automatic.

Something has been bothering me about the shooter since last night.

First, I understand that he used a Glock 19. A Glock 19 is a 9MM which comes standard with a 15 round magazine. You can get aftermarket adapters to make the standard magazine hold 17 rounds. You can also get aftermarket magazines in 30 round and 40 round capacities, but they are bulky and stick far out from the bottom of the hand grips of the gun. Even though he was at close range, it is still damn hard to hit and kill so many people when they are scared as hell and trying to get away. Particularly if you do not have much experience shooting firearms, and have never shot at people before. It was reported that he just bought this gun on November 30.

An Army Vet Witness said that the shooter fired fifteen or seventeen times and that he controlled the gun very well.

Considering the number of people he shot and the number of people killed he must have been well practiced using the Glock 19. He would have to be emotionally detached to stay focused on what he was doing - which would fit into the schizophrenia. He would had to have reloaded.

All I am saying is that regardless of how close he was, it is very unusual to have so many well placed shots from only 15 or 17 rounds.

Apparently the victims were penned into a confined area - since this was by a grocery store, they might well have been forced into one of those alcoves where the carts are kept, or other similar kind of area.

Was the shooting in or outside? I’ve heard both reported.

The media's sin in this event is one in which they routinely and willfully engage: that of encouraging the worst kind of political opportunism among those with whom they happen to agree.

They give voice to those who seek to fit terrible acts committed by sick individuals into their own world view. The proper response would be to seek the truth while declaiming irresponsible efforts to inflame passions, even if it means foregoing the creation of phony headlines.

In this manner, the mainstream media acts irresponsibly and without a hint of shame. Our prayers should be with those injured and killed in this terrible event, and that does not exclude those who report the story. As for those who use such tragedies to promote their own anger, they will have to answer to a higher power, and would do well to reflect on occasion before opening their mouths.

They should be subject to truth in advertising laws. They are reduced to being Democrat campaign commercials 24/7.

They actually have control of the rudder and their navigator is planning to turn shoreline rocks into gravel and sand. I can’t imagine such a power mad sickness.

They should be subject to truth in advertising laws.

In a way, they already are: just look at their ratings. Doctrinaire liberal newspaper editors and "news" network honchos shake their heads at declining circulation and viewership, imagining that something must be wrong with the public, when they ought to be examining their own behavior and standards.

Usually they blame Bush or a gun. Now they are blaming Sarah Palin. They must really be afraid of her getting elected.

Republicans should make fun of them trying to make use a tragedy to limit the free speech and intimidate their political opposition. They have not even taken the time to show respect for the victims. It looks like a Democrat funeral rally.

The Asshat Lefties are in full blown “blame others” mode. They can screw themselves.

Yes, once again having their dreams of being able to hang a violent, high-profile nutjob occurrence on the right dashed by the discovery that it was yet another left-wing loon has them acting somewhat desperate.

Leftist media doesn’t realize this puts the Palin family in greater danger.

That's an excellent point, maybe that's why they are doing it.

It is not even the end of the weekend the poor congresswoman is still fighting for her life and they have now added another name to blame.

Palin,Beck,Angle, you know Bush and the entire GOP is next.
The GOP shutting down legislation is what they want.

Do you think CNN or the rest of the MSM will report that Obama himself started all of the divisions with their help?

All media were silent for the Fort Hood shooting. Obama saying,if they bring a knife bring a gun should be played on CNN.

http://www.politico.com/blogs/bensmith/0608/Obama_brings_a_gun_to_a_knife_fight.html

But it won’t be. They will not win in their alinsky slander game of attack as America sees right through their garbage leftist DNC progressive agenda reporting.

Did he legally own the gun, or did it belong to someone else?
