Is *everybody* in the Stupid Party stupid?
So stupid that they believe a person spends huge amounts of money to hide something he has no reason to hide?
Though I personally have some questions about Obama’s eligibility, nobody has produced conclusive proof of his ineligibility. Until then, he is President, & must be dealt with politically.

The whole point is this-
Obama has never ever proved he was born in Hawaii.
Let me say it another way.
Nothing has ever been made available to the public that officially or legally certifies Obama as born in Hawaii.
The online document referred to as the COLB is worthless. It does not have one signature. You can compare it against other legitimate COLBs and Long Form Certificates here.

Bottom line.
Obama has not once, not ever produced anything to verify that he was born in Hawaii. Therefore it is perfectly natural to ask him to do so.
Pelosi herself only signed the Hawaii declaration regarding his eligibility. On the documents for all other states, the words “according to the constitution” were purposefully removed. If Pelosi will not accept him as genuine, why should anyone else?
I don’t think the State of Hawaii ever officially said Obama was actually born in Hawaii. The official a while back said she “saw his birth certificate” and that it was “filed in accordance with Hawaii’s laws.” That’s not the same as saying he was Hawaiian born, since Hawaii allows the filing of birth certificates from other places.
The nation of Kenya says that Obama was born there. Is that good enough for you, Congressman Boehner?
I have no idea. However, if Boehner had answered the question today other than the way he did, it would have stolen the whole moment from their reading the US Constitution on the floor of the House. That is what the reporter wanted to do, ruin Boehner's first days as Speaker.
Don't you think that you just might have the process .. backwards?
No One has vetted the guy thus .. No One has produced conclusive proof of his eligibility!
I'm just guessing here but I have to ASS-ume that before you can run for the highest office in the nation .. You have to Prove that you are actually a Citizen of that Nation?
Of course, evidence should never be tested. That would be ungentlemanly.

“By pure serendipity I found a photo of what I believe is Stanley Ann Dunham; two more I found through sheer plod. They are taken before Christmas by the decorations and unopened presents. Also a stereo and records that an expert could confirm as jazz records are in view.There is a distinctive grain to the wood floors. I do research including genealogical and had downloaded everything I could find. Not much. So when I saw the picture, I locked on the the ear lobes, chin, eyebrows. It is she. A nude photo,not distasteful, but posed, I believe, by a mature man who knows what he likes, including jazz and now we know young girls. One could ascertain the location of where the photos were taken.
And the shoes..not indigenous to Hawaii,but maybe not unusual for Helen Canfield Chicago socialite and Marshall’s second wife. The photos are important in the sense that they explain the going to Chicago and the immediate acceptance by the hard left, if his father is Frank Marshall Davis, not just his mentor”

So then wouldn’t Boehner have to certify Obama, as a formality, if he was re-elected? (Jeez, I hate even mentioning that possibility)

That's because he doesn't have to. Curiously enough, nowhere in the process of filing as a candidate or becoming elected is there at any time a requirement to produce and file proof of citizenship. There should be, but there isn't.
Now... after all this time... he'd be stupid to provide his BC. With so many republicans acting the fool and discrediting other conservatives in the process... he'd be foolish to stop them.
I forget when, but early on the Governor of Hawaii formally declared that Obama was indeed born there. They issued some sort of other letter just recently, too, maybe in December, saying the same thing.

Well, that is a good point, but in fact there is a form that has to be signed off by the Democrat Party and specifying that their candidates “for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution”.
This clause was only signed off on the Hawaii documentation. The clause was removed from every other state document. You can see the difference quite plainly here.
So the forms signed by Nancy Pelosi did not meet the normal requirements for certifying a candidates eligibility. (apart from in Hawaii)
