Well, that is a good point, but in fact there is a form that has to be signed off by the Democrat Party and specifying that their candidates for President and Vice President of the United States are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.
This clause was only signed off on the Hawaii documentation. The clause was removed from every other state document. You can see the difference quite plainly here.
So the forms signed by Nancy Pelosi did not meet the normal requirements for certifying a candidates eligibility. (apart from in Hawaii)
