By Al Kamen The pro football playoffs begin this weekend, but Fox Sports is already making sure there'll be solid television ratings no matter what teams makes it to the Super Bowl on Feb. 6.
That's because conservative Fox News talk show host Bill O'Reilly will be interviewing President Obama during the pre-game show, the White House confirmed yesterday.
When it broadcast the games in Obama's first two years in office, NBC had hosts Matt Lauer (2009) and Katie Couric (2010) do the pre-game chats.
O'Reilly , who interviewed Obama during the 2009 presidential campaign believes he gave Obama the toughest interview of anyone during that election. Unclear whether he'll be that tough this time around.

Must Miss TV. Will the boring factor be the square or the cube of the narcissism quotient?
Thanks for the notice. I’ll make sure i’m doing something more enjoyable at that time—like get a root-canal followed by battery acid rinse!
I no longer able to get local Fox. Directv is in dispute with local stations..... I think the Superbowl is going to be on Fox... I was upset.. not now. BOR is one of them. He fawns over Obie0ne. I see he is also against repealing of death-care. Thinks 0 should focus on the economy.. Hey Bill he has that is why it is in turmoil.
“Bill O’Reilly to interview Obama for Fox Super Bowl pre-game”
Why?
Think I’ll pass on this and the game...yawn.
Watching O’Reilly kiss Obama’s ass does not qualify as either news or entertainment. Naturally, O’Reilly will respond to any accusations that he softballed Obama with his usual indignant denials and professions of what a tough guy he is. I’ve gotten to the point where O’reilly’s egotism and ignorance are unwatchable.
Our TV won’t be turned on until the opening kickoff.
Period.
And the halftime entertainment at the Super Bowl was "Up With People."
WHO are they kidding with logic like “Fox Sports is already making sure there’ll be solid television ratings ... because conservative Fox News talk show host Bill O’Reilly will be interviewing President Obama during the pre-game show” ?!?
Are you series?????
As another poster said, this is must MISS TV.
WHY ruin a good day with drivel like that?
I watch O’Reilly just at the beginning of his show to see what the top story is and to see -not what HIS take is- but what his first guest usually has to say — if he lets them talk. Then I turn the channel.

Its not surprising that an anti Obama song would be promoted on Fox News which actively promotes anything and anybody that is anti-Obama. Bill OReilly was so impressed with Ray Stevens' patriotic little anti-Obama tune, that he featured the song on two separate Factor segments. On neither occasion did OReilly attempt to rebut the lies that are presented in the song: but rather, presented it as wholesome fun. Move over Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and all the other songsters whose music accompanied the Civil Rights rallies and Freedom Marches. We now have a new form of protest music for another type of movement which actively vilifies the first African American president of the US. The times they are a changing

FUBOR I am sick of you turds foisting his face on football games.
Bill will kiss his bum.
Ted Baxter's 'conservative'? Really? When did that happen?
I’m going to watch Beavis and Butthead reruns prior to the Super Bowl. Those two could conduct a better interview or run the country better than either Bill or Barrack.
I was thinking it will now be a double bore.
FUBO stay off my TV when I am watching fotball. No one wants to hear you flap your lips and lie some more.............
