GOP restarts anti-health law agenda

Republicans reopened their battle against President Barack Obama’s health care law, using the first committee meeting of the new Congress Thursday to eviscerate the overhaul as a “job killer” and a “malignant tumor.”
“We must pull it out by the roots,” said Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) in his opening testimony at a Rules Committee.
The Rules Committee meeting marked the starting round in the GOP’s bid to repeal the law, a central pillar of the party’s governing manifesto.
The committee’s formal mandate Thursday was to write the terms of the debate for the repeal vote Wednesday. But the meeting quickly turned into a rerun of the past two years in both tone and substance, with Republicans blasting Democrats for their handling of the law and Democrats accusing Republicans of flouting their own party rules to rush the repeal bill to a vote.

Do anything and everything needed to kill the Obamacare monster.
Any Congress critter funding Obamacare one cent is an enemy of the American people and should be removed. That is Republican or Rat.

Someone reading the headline above could conclude that the GOP is "anti-health", and is restarting its "agenda" to enact a law that is "anti-health".
Of course, nothing could be further from the truth.

Been watching the committee meeting on CSPAN regarding the repeal of ObamaCare for the last hour or so (LIVE now on C-Span). It’s been one democrat sob story after another how people who cannot afford health care or people with preexisting conditions, etc, should have the taxpayers through the federal government provide health care for them and to have the federal government dictate to health care insurers that they cover all conditions, all people, regardless, and with NO limits. Also that repeal would cost the taxpayers even more money than it saves.
Guess it’s going to take a whole lot more than just reading the constitution to these idiots before they grasp the idea of freedom.
Health care is NONE of the federal government’s business!
Forcing mandates on the people is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
Dictating to private companies is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!
The government doing LESS does not cost MORE!!
ObamaCare does NOT save the government money. It COSTS money. And covering all people for all conditions regardless simply drives medical costs for ALL of us through the roof!!
Higher taxes, higher premiums, higher costs built in to the cost structure of every product and service manufactured, distributed or sold in America!!

We are off to a great start. I hope to see the momentum build. This is the tip of the iceberg as to what needs to be done and the momentum needs to be kept and built up!
Of course that could also be seen like the health care law is Anti Health. Which it is. The MSM knows what they want the sheeple to think but are the sheeple to dumbed down to tune in to their biased frequency?
