Tomorrow, the Constitution will be read on the floor. They should just put it on a podium and read it - much easier.

Betting there was a flux capacitor and chronometric particles involved too.

Assuming they can sweep up all the shreds of the document from their floor and glue them back together in the proper order.

I had that site bookmarked. The last time FR was down, I went to that site. Something took over my Firefox browser and froze up my computer. Took awhile with some stops and starts to get back online. Glad to see the yahoo site to bookmark. I didn’t want to try that other one again. I think someone is messing with FR!

They said 3000 hackers fell out of the sky, said it was the fireworks that scared them.

Actually, I think the thing got switched out with a thang, which dipped instead of dodged.
If they just flip the can of 7Up and shake it good and invert in inverter and reroute the router and recalibrate the calibrator, it should fix up alright.

It won’t be the original document of course - its too fragile to be read from.
But if its too much to hear about our nation’s founding document - and I personally consider the three greatest documents ever penned by man to be the Declaration Of Independence, the Constitution and its accompanying commentaries the Federalist Papers - those congresscritters who can’t stand it should resign and go home!
And no conservative can overlook Justice John Story’s Commentary On The Constitution.
Come to think of it, a reading of the Federalist would be worthwhile, too.

In plain English, FR lost its connection to the Internet for several hours. But how can we be sure this is the real Free Republic? It could be a dirty imposter and the real Free Republic could be bound in duct tape and locked in a closet somewhere!

We don't know yet. John couldn't find any problem with the hardware or software so he restarted everything. Still no luck. Then he had some problems connecting to the database, so he reloaded that. It's running now, but there are still performance problems that he's troubleshooting.Thank you very much, Jim.
