A mother and daughter in Arizona are accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy for three years and police say the pair did it without knowing about each other’s relationship with him.
The mother, 48-year-old Susan Brock, allegedly met the boy for trysts when he was 13 and continued for three years until this past October, police said. Her daughter, Rachel, now 21, allegedly sent him nude photos and videos of herself between 2007 and 2008, police said.
The alleged victim, now 17, told cops Susan Brock would pick him up after school in her car and take him to secluded areas where she molested the boy, police said.
The boy claims Rachel Brock abused him at her family’s home. Police said the Brocks did not have intercourse with the boy.
Rachel Brock was arrested Wednesday on three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. Her mother was arrested in October.
Chandler Police Sgt. Joe Favazzo said the Brocks committed the crimes without each other’s knowledge.
"You have a situation where you have a mother who's abusing a juvenile victim, seemingly unknowingly to the daughter, or vice versa, and the daughter is also abusing the same victim," Favazzo told The Associated Press. "I just can't imagine a mother and daughter having this conversation, and the investigators say they don't have anything indicating the two of them knew about it."
Susan Brock’s husband of 28 years is Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock, who announced he was splitting with his wife after her arrest.
"I have filed to divorce my wife. I cannot divorce my daughter," Fulton Brock said. "She is my blood. I will always be her dad. And she needs me now more than ever."

That is a good question. Who knows. Usually these things come to a head when the individual wishes to form his or her own relationship outside of the inappropriate one. It also may have arisen from counseling sessions where some other behavior or emotional/mental issue was connected. Regardless he was 13 and it was wrong on both counts. There is no justification for sexually predatory behavior of an adult with a 13 year old. Even if he was gung-ho about it a child can not make those decisions and it is a responsibility of the the adults in question to protect the under-aged child.

Yes, cultural Marxists present sexual liberation as being free from any morality. They want no God, we are just animals and utopia is sexual freedom even for the young child.
Rampant sexual immorality will destroy the natural family and all relationships in the end. Children engaging in sexual acts destroys their relationship to parents and makes them incapable of productive learning—they become slaves to the passions and pleasures of the body. That is why homosexuals molest the young at such high rates....they were initiated into sexual perversion at a young age and are fixated on that age for maximum excitement. They are devoid of any morality concerning sex.
Their need for “marriage” etc., is just to validate their immorality—force societal approval on acts that are evil and destructive to the body—and they “feel” it will end their self-loathing. It won’t. It will just drag all of society into the sewer.

The homonazis try to tell these kids that they are probably homo if they don't get laid by age 16 or so. The truth is that most of these boys discover they are perfectly normal heterosexual just a few years later if they are (a)left alone or (b)manage to ignore the perverted creeps pushing this junk.
This is the precise reason why the homonazis (and, to a lesser extent, the perverts on the heterosexual side) target these kids at their most vulnerable age.

That is what is unfortunate. The number of those who abuse who report having been abused themselves is much higher than the general population. It is the cycle of abuse that so many crime shows often focus on. When a young child is exposed to a sex abuse behavior whether it be homosexual or otherwise in which he is imprinted through the release of vasopressin and oxytocin. This is a very powerful thing which is why early sexual experience can have such a profound affect on the abused. Some studies have show such early sexual exposure can result in hyper-masculinity or hyper femininity in the abused as well as increased risky sexual behavior, drug use, etc.
