The float will be lined with roses, each of them with a different 9/11 victim's name on it. A fire hydrant found in the Ground Zero rubble will also be on the float.
10 years, folks; we are looking at the 10 yrs. anniversary of 9/11....
Never Forget.
Beginning countdown until some pro-muzzie idiots begin to protest this action as "too American".
Thank you for posting this. I’ll never forget.
And it took less than that to put a Hussien in the white house
Incredible. Just looking at that brought the tears back.

Amazing isn’t it?
Looks like some did “forget”.
The same here. Not only did the tears come but my heart was pounding as I was posting this. The emotion and the shock never go away.
There’s also a float that honors Ronald Reagan in recognition of the 100th anniversary of his birth in February. Local news showed it under preparation the other night...looks cool...essentially recreating many of his iconic photographs using light and dark seeds...sort of look like B&W newspaper photos. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Thanks goodness somebody’s doing something. It’s hard to imagine that it’s been 10 years. And as al baby said, it took even less time to put a Hussein into the White House.
When the heck are we going to wake up?
It’s so unbelievable we went in the wrong direction.
But so many forgot, and that’s why.
Or, they just hid under the table when it happened, like one John Kerry.
Thanks for posting. The float is beautiful.
"It's a dream come true for me. This is something I've wanted to do for nine years," said Jerry Thomsen, a firefighter specialist... "I've heard 'never forget' for a long time, and I think we've forgotten about our heroes that we lost," he said.
Thanks for the thread, La Enchiladita.
The Rose Parade is always stunning. This year it will bring tears.
We went to BandFest this morning here in Pasadena, CA. THe bands are already arriving for the Rose Parade, and you can get tickets and watch them perform at the local Jr College. There is a California Firefighters Honor Guard Pipes and Drums which will march in the parade; they are quite wonderful. At their performance this morning, they also mentioned the 10th anniversary. I think they either did clean-up at Ground Zero or were somehow connected. Watch for these guys.
> Never Ever Forgive!
If you cannot forgive, neither can you be forgiven.

However, it remains the government’s responsibility to protect its citizens.
If that means using lethal force and going to war, so be it.
If it means expelling rabid, genocidal savages from the country, so be it.
If it means offending their sensitive feelings, so be it.
Self-defense is one thing. Grudge bearing is something else.
I submit that, ultimately, Mecca and even Medina may have to be totally destroyed to mitigate, if not eliminate, the genocidal Mohammedan menace. But I don’t say that from hate or lack of forgiveness, but for the protection of my country and my family and the preservation of our freedoms.
It’s only logical, not emotional.
