The MSM has done everything in it’s power for over two years to aid Obama in keeping his birth info hidden. Now, in the last three days, it is all over the MSM. What gives?

IF they release photographic evidence in the Delivery Room of BO actually being born in HI, along with a document signed in blood by every doc on staff attesting to the fact that BO was born in HI, and the ghost of Ronald Reagan (or some other conservative) appears, points to the all evidence, and says "Yup, it's the real deal" ....
There will still be FReepers who don't believe it.
FWIW, I think that whatever's on the BC is politically damaging (most likely lists BO as "Caucasian"....hard to run as the first black prez, when you're "white"), but not legally disqualifying, or illegal.

The definition of NBC is very clear and it is also very significant because it is only required for President and VP. If there is not a difference then why doesn’t is just say citizen?

Bobby Jindal is not a NBC either. His parents were not citizens when he was born.

If Frank Marshall was his Dad he would be NBC! That would work in his favor! Even his granddad being his father and would be better than a Kenyan/British subject!
I think, at the time he was born, it was different than it is now. So there are people who insist he fits the criteria as it is now. Something about his mother, while a citizen, was not old enough to convey citizenship to BO based on her status. I don’t remember the exact details. Also a later question (sort of related) that he likely became a citizen of Indonesia when he moved there, that Indonesia does not or did not allow dual citizenship, and he never changed his citizenship after his time living in Indonesia, so he may NOT be a citizen based on those issues.

NBC is a class of it’s own. Before the term was used in our Constitution it is found in de Vattel’s Law of Nations. Unfortunatley, the Supreme Court also refers to Blackstone’s English Common Law, England had subjects, not citizens.
George Mason of Virginia stated at the Constitutional Convention that “The Common Law of England is NOT the Common Law of these States”.
I understand. But my theory is that he is NBC...he has been hiding the facts that his entire life (and his gateways to the Pres)is based on fraud. If he found out FMD was his “Pop” (the poem he wrote about FMD—one of his ONLY writing efforts, btw) but continued with the tale of being a son of a proud African man, blah, blah...used it as entre to Columbia then Harvard (legacy applicant), then on to law review, book deal for being the first AA Law Review Pres, state senator....etc. Just my 2 cents.
I see where you are coming from and whatever the truth is he is a fraud either way. You can’t even put much blame on him. The fact that he is President speaks more to our citizens then him. If we still had values he would never have been elected president of a home owners association!

Meanwhile I pray that a dozen or more states will enact new laws requiring proof of citizenship for all candidates, including for an incumbent.
