How did we ever survive without socialism?
I just can't comprehend not getting help buying something with the money I didn't have to earn while surviving by eating the food a counselor shows me to eat before I am counseled on the least dangerous ways to sleep and then seeing a counselor to treat me for the bad dreams that I had about destroying the earth because of my poor attitude toward nature that I am waiting in line to get counseled for before I go to the unemployment office to look for a job my other counselor determined was best suited for me to keep me healthy for the lady chosen for me by my marriage counselor so I don't have to worry about divorce and wind up needing a worry counselor.
Thank God for socialism in a free society!
To make it fair and to make sure there are no losers in life, government will transfer wealth from those who have to take care of the Bagohammers clan for the promise of a vote.

The first red flag should be phrases like “housing counselling” and counselling training-—two pairs of adjectives/nouns that both end in ‘ing’. Which means they are designed to go on forever..........

I would guess both companies received HUD money for a construction loan and/or the loan was guaranteed by HUD. This project could have also been awarded under any number of various government programs including ARRA, Small Business set-a-side, Socio-Economic, etc.
I’m not familiar with specific Ohio State or local laws, however at the Federal contract level, any government funded contract should have an “E-Verify” Contract clause which requires the contractor and subcontractor to certify they conducted a check in the E-Verify system (which includes SSA & DHS databases). I have not looked lately at the clauses, however E-Verify was required for over 50 employees.
It is also my understanding that E-Verify was not extended for the new FY, however I would need to research to make sure this is still the case since I’m certain there were changes in the law.
