Crazy, crazy religion. A warped and fearful attitude toward female sexuality is a real danger sign in our species.
Coming soon to a non-moslem country near you!
Unless this happened all over again, this is an old story. I read about this event months ago.
Now imagine that a young Christian woman was beaten by her father and brother for dating a muslim man and this would be front page news in every paper in America and around the world. The muslims can threaten and even kill their own daughters on the basis of “honour” and there’s barely a peep.
Just enriching our culture1
Just enriching our culture!
religion of peace strikes again.....
Still waiting on a statement from any feminist group on their stand on islam’s treatment of women.
Obama ak-bar.
Maybe a wizard can make TROP disappear!
I don’t think they would have let her go to Hogwarts either.
It must really suck to be in a liberal’s mind
and have to try to justify “all cultures/religions are equal”
and have to... defend... something like this.
Usually, they ignore these things and/or act like they hadn’t heard of them. Or, sometimes, try to come up with an equivalent in Christianity.
ROP
Lemme guess: they have a nice big new house and drive fancy cars due to her acting abilities and opportunities.
Why is the author of the article trying so hard to avoid the fact that it was her FATHER AND BROTHERS who were calling her a whore and threatening to kill her???????
This girl is fortunate that she didn’t get killed by her father and brother, like Canadian teenager Aqsa Parvez, who was brutally murdered in December 2007 near Toronto. The scary thing isn’t that there are delusional muslims who perpetrate such crimes. The scary thing is that most of the Canadian and American media turn a blind eye, and that most Canadians and Americans react with a shrug. If we aren’t incited to outrage by this madness, then we are collectively sleep-walking to our own executions.
