I must regretfully point out that you seem to have a less than desirable tendency to imply that which I did not post in your attempts to imply nasties about me.
Please note that my post regarding the over-representation of blacks in American prisons is fact. So is the regretful fact that most black criminals are social predators attacking other blacks.
Bounties work for predatory beasts, whether on four legs or two. Another fact.

Using Florida as an example, were convicts able to own guns after they have served their sentence, they would not be helpless against other criminals
I must make the case that the life of a criminal who has served his sentence is no less protected by the Constitution than yours or mine. To deny anyone the right to self defense is a violation of the Constitution and what the Founders called “Natural Law”.
The crime rate in areas inhabited by both illegal immigrants and urban blacks would have less crime if all could carry (open or concealed) and if bounties were paid for criminals killed while committing a felony.
I suggest that if you actually want to help the illegal immigrant or the urban black ghetto inhabitant, rather than psoting the less than well though out concepts I have so far read, please consider:
1. Convincing your CongressCritters to pass open and concealed carry laws, castle doctrine laws, stand your ground laws, etc.
2. Have bounties reinstated.
3. Have all confiscated guns given to the poor who need one but can’t afford one.

Well maybe not the hair shirt, but being from a Tampa, Florida, Jewish background means having to realize that most of ones co-religionists are socialism infected.
My posts are based upon my unease about the immense cultural gap between the countries south of America and America. Their ‘indigenous culture’ was a cannibal tyranny, and the Catholicism overlain on it was shaped by 700 years of dhimmitude under Moslim rule of Spain.
Those to the south of us are NOT our brothers. And, I have the same feelings about the “Black Muslims” and the Reverend Wright types.
The wonderful part of the TEA Party is that it is so very grass roots and that it has stimulated discussions which were not common since the general store of past generations. With teh TEA Party and the Internet, I see some real hope for AMerica.
And, as America goes, so goes the world.
Let’s not allow any call for multi-culturalism to hie the fact that the American culture is the real center of culture and the true ‘Shining City On A Hill’.

What would you consider the proper response to a revolution?
Armed action by regular soldiers of the United States Government acting under proper authority against those who take up arms in violence against the Constitution and the rule of law.
Guess where that puts those who ‘lock and load’? Not on the side of the Constitution..... particularly as those locking and loading in this thread have shown they don’t understand the law involved.
