Rep. Darrell Issa is finally getting what he has long craved: subpoena power. From his new perch atop the committee responsible for oversight investigations, the California Republican will be able to demand any document he wishes and summon anybody to appear before him - no small thing for a man who recently referred to President Obama as "one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times."
Even so, there's one thing Issa says he won't subpoena: Barack Obama's birth certificate.
"Mine is not the committee that asks where the president was born," Issa said in an interview.......

A few more:
The White House’s decision to fire AmeriCorps inspector general Gerald Walpin.
The Czars - especially the fisting school czar.
Rezco/Chicago/Blago - where to begin?
Selling senate seats.
Wookie’s problems - no work jobs on boards, patient dumping, etc.
Selling rides on Air Force One in New York City.
False social security numbers, birth certificate, fund raising fraud...
Someone here keeps the list. It’s endless.

The man asked you to enumerate those unsubstantiated internet conspiracies?
You didn’t.
You responded with your usual snide remark.

Barack Obama provided all the documentation that was requested of him in order to qualify as the presidential nominee for the Democrat party. This is a fact.
If that is a fact, as you say, why did the Democratic Party find it necessary to file
unlawful Certifications of Nomination?

IIRC, Hawaii had a Republican Attorney General for the past 8 years. This Certification for Nomination was filed 2 months prior to the 2008 election and yet the Attorney General took no action regarding this document before the election when it would have been political dynamite, nor in the 2 years since the election. I am sure someone has brought this matter to the Attorney General’s office attention and nothing was filed to charge anyone with violating the law. Just because you think something is “unlawful” does not mean it is unlawful until someone in authority determines whether it is or not. When a Republican office holder who has that authority determines it is not unlawful, then you have little credibility to claim it is unlawful.

The filed documents were unlawful. That no one was charged with a crime doesn’t change that fact.

No, it is your opinion, not a fact. In fact, not only was no one charged with violating the law, Obama’s name appeared on the ballot. That means the authorities in Hawaii that reviewed the certificate found it to be lawful. Now, that is a fact. It looks to me that you are relying on Tex-Con-Man's internet conspiracy to try and prove your point. ROTFLOL

Here's the law
Here's the certification
Neither of those artifacts are my opinion.
But, since you are making your case based on "the authorities in Hawaii," you are demonstrating unbelievable naivete.
I bet you believe everything Obama says, as well. After all, he's the highest authority in the country.
You Gullibles amaze me.
And while your rolling around on the floor, you're collecting dust mites. I think they're crawling into your ear and eating your brain.

Nothing you posted show the certification to be unlawful. I am not talking about believing Obama, but rather believing a Republican administration, Governor and Attorney General. It is people like you who cause intelligent persons like Rush or Mark Levin to run the other way when they see birther. Or is that another internet conspiracy?
