Rep. Darrell Issa is finally getting what he has long craved: subpoena power. From his new perch atop the committee responsible for oversight investigations, the California Republican will be able to demand any document he wishes and summon anybody to appear before him - no small thing for a man who recently referred to President Obama as "one of the most corrupt presidents in modern times."
Even so, there's one thing Issa says he won't subpoena: Barack Obama's birth certificate.
"Mine is not the committee that asks where the president was born," Issa said in an interview.......

Background info: The MSM started snitching/attacking 2009 Primary hopefuls to discredit and sideline them if they showed any proclivity to the Obama eligibility issues.
What may be the bigger story here is that a major MSM is raising the issue on the subject matter....., something in 2008 or early 2009 would NOT have happened.
Maybe that committee Michelle Bachmann has just been appointed to will be the committee to take Obummer down???

Issa is going to have his hands full come February.
There are so many aspects of this administration to investigate and issue subpoenas for.
First, there is the voter intimidation issue by the New Black Panthers that Holder and the Justice Department failed to address.
Then there is the fight by the administration to erase the Arizona immigration law when that law clearly was modeled after and affirms Federal Law.
Then there is the entire matter of GITMO and the New York trials of terrorists.
Then there is Obamacare.
And these things are only the tip of the iceberg.
To me, the greatest offenders in this group are Mark Levin and Laura Ingraham. Both are Constitutional lawyers and yet, nary a peep. I especially blame Mark Levin who touts himself as the "great one" and a defender of the Constitution with his multiple books on the subject. What bunk!

It is hoped that Rep. Issa stays frosty.
This I love. Too many federal agencies have had too little oversight for almost 4 years.
Issa has his hands full, and shouldn't waste time on unsubstantiated internet conspiracies.

The MSM, like all liberals, are bullies who turn to cowards once they are confronted.
Up the now, the RINO led Republicans have folded, rather that stand up to the Democrats. On the rare occasion where they have stood firm, the Democrats have folded. Unfortunately, the Republicans stood firm by mistake! The Democrats folded before the Republicans had a chance to surrender!
Why do the Democrats/MSM/Liberals attack Christians, but not Muslims? Because the Muslims fight back.
If the Republicans stand up against the Democrats and MSM, they will begin to win some battles in the fight to take back America.
The best way to destroy the left is to expose it to public scrutiny. This can be done simply by holding hearings - endless public hearings.
