I was surprised to see that Romney’s support seems to be holding firm and he’s the GOP frontrunner at this (admittedly extremely extremely early) stage.

We now know who the DNC wants to run against. If he can beat him anybody can.

Eventually the leftists are going to decide on who their preferred GOP nominee would be.
Maybe it’s Mittens.

Don’t make to much of it, Romney is a left of center Obama.

Since almost no one outside of New England even knows who Romney is, I wouldn’t buy much Obama stock these days.

Once again the left-wing media is working to force RINO, socialized-medicine Romney on Republicans regardless of what Republicans want. I hate it when they try to manipulate me.

I guess we could swap ObamaCare for RomneyCare. Thanks but no thanks.
I wonder why the pollsters are using Romney in their research. We don't want him. I wonder who does?

Obama is so low now that
even Romney could beat him. That shows you how far "lesser of two evils" selection works.
Naturally, once Romney is selected, MSM and every rock radio jock and schoolteacher will relentlessly hound him and paint Mitt in the worst possible light. Or just ignore him.
I think some would like Mitt to run because he'll throw around lots of cash, and they hope to catch some.

This is the 3rd or 4th poll I’ve seen with Romney beating him. I’m hoping the nominee isn’t anyone from 2008. Won’t someone interesting throw their hat in?

Wow. Not sure what to make of this. Since I will NOT vote for Romney, I really doesn't matter to me what people think of it.

Although it's way early in the game, I haven't heard anyone express any excitement over Romney.

Consider the source. Those McClatchy folks are about as far left as you can get without falling off the edge of the universe.

My personal opinion - after this *experiment* electing a minority president, it will be decades before America votes in anything other than a white, anglo saxon, protestant, male as president.
