Sources: RNC Chairman Steele to Announce He Won't Run for Second Term

Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele is expected to announce he will drop out of the highly contested race to keep his post, multiple RNC sources told FoxNews.com on Sunday.
Fox News has confirmed Steele sent an e-mail to committee members Saturday night with the subject line, “conference call.”
In the note, he asked members to join him "for a private conference call" Monday evening.

The main reason Steele is being purged is because he is NOT a RINO on Obama’s War.

Won’t really matter. At the RNC, we can use this line: “Meet Your New Boss, Oh, yea, Same as Your Old Boss in most things.”
Thank goodness. If the last few years have taught us anything it’s that national leadership is no place for affirmative action hires.
I cannot count the amount of times this asshat made a stupid statement and here on FR there was post after post of people claiming they would not donate to the RNC as long as he was running it. Do you think all of them were “ruling class?”
OK he was gaffe proned in the beginning.
And no, I’m not talking about grassroots donors, as ruling class, I’m talking about the big buck mega donors who cut their donations anywhere from 90 to 100%.
We are talking heavy hitter here.
Here’s a helpful career tip: if you can’t raise money and constantly piss off the base, RNC Chair may not be the right job for you.
Steele is only part of the problem. The entire exec committee needs to resign.

Glad Steele is gone. He was as useful as a hubcap on a lawn mower.
Actually I started to post a photo of the guy and he was so geeky looking it made me kinda ill. Still I don't care what he looks like as long as he's superior to Steele. Granted that shouldn't be too hard.
