(AP) Bristol Palin is striking back against MSNBC host Keith Olbermann for dubbing her "worst person in the world."
Olbermann gave her the title on his show earlier this week, casting her as a hypocrite for appearing in a public service announcement promoting abstinence and safe sex. Palin was an unmarried teenager when she had her son, Tripp.
He likened her being an abstinence spokeswoman to saying former President George W. Bush "kept us safe, 'cept for that 9-11 thing, which doesn't count."
The 20-year-old "Dancing With the Stars" diva and daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin defended herself on Facebook Thursday. She said calling her a hypocrite is an "old canard." And she said that what Olbermann lacks in originality he makes up for with "insincere incredulity."

Some are just practicing what they preach, Hildy. They don’t think it’s appropriate to pay any mind to the adult children of politicians, so they don’t comment.
Some just think Megan’s a bigger idiot than Bristol could ever be.
I don’t like hypocrisy either...does anyone? But it’s a special vice in the eyes of the young and/or liberal, and they tend to see it everywhere, filtering out all other explanations. Just sayin!
The best thing we could possibly do to UberWienie is ignore him. That’s what would hurt him the most.
Completely ignore him and his little weasel show would just dry up and die. Then his “career” would be over. Nobody would hire him back in to sports reporting after he’s crapped all over half the country.
How dare she engage in a duel of wits with an unarmed man.
LOL! That event would be an instant sellout.
I don’t watch olbermann but if he really blames Bush for the 911 attacks I see now how my liberal friends got to be as clueless as they are.
If your guy/gal cant’ stand on their own merit - but you feel the need to denigrate the Palins = then your candidate ain't strong enough to run in the first place.
You really don’t see the difference between someone who defends themself, and someone who does nothing but attack her own (supposed) side? The hypocrite is McCain, for pretending to be a conservative while only attacking conservatives. Bristol does nothing of the kind.
The two aren’t even close to comparable. Bristol obviously recognizes that she’s a flawed person - and we can like her for that. McCain, like her father, enjoys the smell of her own farts. You need to get a little perspective.
Is this the only argument any of you have? I have no idea who I will support in 2012. None. I might even support Palin. I DON’T KNOW. I just don’t understand why it’s impossible to say anything negative about this family without being pounced upon her on FR. It’s a very, very strange phenomenon.
No
Good for you Bristol. A chip of the block, your mom is my hero, strong, intelligent, kind, and a real American. Not many of you guys left.
Well, Bristol Palin’s hair is genuine and Olbermann’s may be, but it sure ain’t his.
It is not strange if you respect Family Values!
LOL. Sorry, I meant give it a rest already MEDIA!
Meghan McCain is an attack dog, while Bristol responded to an attack by the vile Olberman. That’s the difference and it’s a huge one.
Thinking about the past is an appropriate way to extract information from previous experiences. It is rational to look back on unsatisfying conversations and unpleasant events and reassess how we could have better acquitted ourselves in those situations. It is normal for one to look back and consider what one would have done differently and how, and what one would not have changed for all the world. When one does this, one is evaluating the past as it was and as it could have been, and perhaps even forming the basis for important learnings and changes for one's future. Libtards like Olbermann are irrational when they consider learning from one's mistakes hypocritical.
Ignoring him is best.
KO is far removed from any moral universe. Period.
She should tell him to stop using her name for ratings as well.
Oh, lol, sorry too.
"Mr. Olberman is a known hypocrite determined to see America fail. His opinions are the only thing lower than the ratings of his show. Since a person can be judged by their enemies as well as friends I had this Badge of Honor made up to commemorate his hatred. I'll wear it proudly.
