Obama's Teleprompter Malfunctions- He Thanks Himself For Having White House Party
Like many of you, my dad was too young for WWII, he enlisted in 1947. Hes 81 now. It’s a vet, missed WWII, missed Korea. You were teens then, you were 14-17, you wanted to be in the war, you probably had an older brother or cousin that was there. You were stuck with Korea, not old enough for WWII. You are part of the no ones generation. But, just know, we out here who know, love you the same!
Like me. Im considered part of the baby boomers, but I didnt even know what woodstock was, I could care less about hippies. Could have cared less about that entire movement. We were dancing to Saturday Night Fever and the Bee Gees. Disco was it! I could have cared less about that 60s political movement. I was in 6th grade, I was worried about Mary Schriber and Eugene Williams, those evil sixth grade bullies.
Im not a boomer, but Im considered part of them. Ill bet most of us late 40s early 50 somethings feel the same way. We just could give a flying F about the hippies and their movement, and yet, were included in that group. We were glued to our tvs when they landed on the moon. We played lost in space I wanted to be Angela Cartwright. Boomers up to 1964? Get real.
While we were rooting for the astronauts and watching them plant the flag on the moon, the hippies were stoned watching some stoned band at woodstock.
We of the late twenties and the late fifties are the lost generations. We are raising kids whose grandpa isnt a war hero. We belong to no great generation. Were not great and were not booming. We are stable, conservative, and raising our next generations of conservatives. We are all about business, freedom and get the government out of our freaking lives. We want less less government. In short......
WE ARE THE TEA PARTY. THE SILENT MAJORITY.
Grandpa and Grandma, may have been silent, but your mom and dad are making noise. Instilled conservative values are emerging, and now they are being tested. WE HAVE TO PASS THIS TEST, this is our war, our battle. This is the war the 16 year olds of WWII and too young to be hippies generation need to fight.
This net battle is not a boomer battle. Obama is not a boomer. He’s from our lost generation. And freedom will win. He can not crush liberty. No one can, freedom a human experience.
Well win. I have faith America is not lost.
When Russia attacked Georgia I guess he figured they would vote to condemn THEMSELVES!...then again he probably was mistaken which “Georgia” it was.
I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
If that wasn't am Obama gaffe I don't know what was.
“profit to earnings ratio”
Having a rope line set up for himself and Michelle at White House social functions that is 10 feet away from the people attending the event so that they do not have to shake hands and greet their guests as individuals in a reception-line fashion as has been traditional at White House events.
Chiding others for not learning a foreign language when he, himself has not.
Hmmm! Maybe after getting the elbow he’ll need to be treated for a gaffe infection...
Thanks to Hoodat.
Obama commenting on his lack of bowling skills...
“was like the Special Olympics or something.”
Trying to get back into the Oval Office through a window.
Calling the Nittany Lions the “Nitally Lions”. I guess the small n’s on his teleprompters looked like “l”s that day.
