White House identifies player who injured Obama (works for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus)

WASHINGTON (AP) -- The White House has identified the person whose elbow injured President Barack Obama during a pickup game of basketball on Friday.
His name is Rey Decerega and he works for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.

Obama was given a local anesthetic while receiving the stitches."This means that the stitches were administered by a plastic surgeon intent on preventing the formation of a scar. These stitches had nothing to do with putting a stop to excessive bleeding. They had everything to do with Obama's vanity.
