John Pistole, the head of the Transportation Security Administration, is warning angry airplane passengers that protesting at screening checkpoints will slow down lines and could irritate other fliers.
Theres some unknowns, in terms of how many people may decide to protest, Pistole said on ABCs Good Morning America of protesters plans to opt out of screening on Wednesday. And that's one of the variables that we are prepared to deal with. But the bottom line is that if the number of people protest at a particular checkpoint, it will definitely slow things down.

And i just feel bad for the rest of the traveling public, who are simply trying to get home for the holidays to be with loved ones.

protesting at screening checkpoints will slow down lines and could irritate other fliers Hmmmmmmm ... is that not the intended goal of the protests?

if the number of people protest at a particular checkpoint, it will definitely slow things down. Grammatically awkward, this is.
But isn't "slowing things down" the exact point of the protest?

Does anyone know who got the contract to make and install those screening machines..?
Does anyone know how much was spent...?
Wonder who owns their shares...?
After we trash them, I wonder who will replace them with the acceptable next gen units.

I’m sorry but, in this case, I support the protest.

O’Reilly interviewed this Obama fascist yesterday and licked clean every spot the toilet paper missed.
BO was clueless as the jerk made plain TO HIM that focusing on everybody EXCEPT probable terrorists was a good thing—and the dumb Mic bought it!!!
Obama, like fellow liberal fascists Lenin,Stalin,Mussolini,Hitler,Franco,Mao,Pol Pot,Castro,Nasser,Qaddafi,Lumumba,Ho,Arafat,Wilson,JFK,LBJ,WJC,and FDR NEED a crisis to CONTROL!!!

Isn’t that idea - piss off as many people as you can to protest this unconstitutional invasion of privacy?
The more people that get angry, the better.

Yo, Pistol-ay. Mussolini made the trains run on time. You and your chief-metro-sexual-in-charge aren’t even good enough for that.

The thing that infuriates me the most about 0bama and this issue is that he said that it's "an inconvenience for
all of us".
Oh, really, [dingle] Barry? When was the last time you or your family was subject to this? Bastard.

I distrust this officious, unctuous little bureaucrat and his weird fake-colored hair. Little unctuous officious vanity man would do anything he pleased and not lose a moment of sleep just so long as the trains ran on time and he got his clockwork salary increases for not surpassing mediocrity.

I wonder if some TSA part timers are being brought in as agent provocateurs to be “angry travelers” against the opt out folks.
It’s too early for tinfoil.

Any “angry travelers” — whether strawmen or not — should be used to advantage. “Don’t get mad at me! I’m following TSA procedure right here. They’re the ones who told me I could opt out. I’m following the rules! If you don’t like the rules, get mad at this TSA guy right here.”
To: Oztrich Boy
Somebody tell Pistole That a slowdown is the whole idea. Duh!!

Protest?
