Sundays episode of Sarah Palins Alaska attracted 3 million viewers thats more viewers more than the 2.4 million viewers who tuned in for the best performing season finale of AMCs hit series, Mad Men.
As expected with any highly anticipated series, this weeks ratings dipped from last weeks record-setting ratings of 4.96 million viewers. Its of course difficult to determine everything that affects ratings, but some are speculating that Sunday Night Football and the American Music Awards may have had an impact on the numbers. Find more information about these ratings at Hollywood Reporter.
Dont let pundits fool with you to comparisons to broadcast show. Cable and broadcast viewer ratings are dramatically different from each other. Compared to other cable TV programs, Sarah Palins Alaska has more viewers and is considered to be quite successful. Wondering how they get these numbers? Check out this previous Broadsheet post that should help explain things for you.
Netflix
Hope so too.
You're asking me? I have no idea but I suspect right after the series ends it's initial run.
Certainly it will happen before all the conservatives argue about the primaries and split the conservative vote while Mitt Romney slips past us. I don't know about you but I really don't want to watch Mitt Romney's Massachusetts.
I fell even harder when I saw her beat the crap out of that big ole flounder.
Fishes, Hunts, mountain climbs, kayaks, drives liberals crazy.
Be still my heart.
I do. He hunts the neighborhood cats, skins ‘em, and eats ‘em.
Re #22:
Well I clicked on your link and got about 10 seconds into it when I noticed a link on the sidebar for something called “Best Ever!!!”. I clicked on it and found that if you watch it with the sound off it is VERY inspiring!

Or Obama's Kenya.
what’s with the goofy picture?
She told hannity last night one eposide has her going hunting with her Dad...
There are members of Discovery/TLC’s staff, based in uber-liberal Silver Spring, Maryland, who are quietly opposed to the show and think that their little digs at Sarah are cute.
Is this a photo of Sarah guessing when the skeet will fly as Todd is having fun making her guess?
Well i don’t see Palin supporters taking over their buildings and holding their employees hostage like their envir nuts
No idea but it is most unflattering.
I think they were comparing it to Mad Men’s recent season finale, not the reruns.
That’s how I read it.
It will be available March 1. You can preorder it. I already did.
3+ million is still a great audience number. And surely there werte many who tuned into the first episode to see how it played out, and looking for reasons to deride it.
But as bristol says: “The haters are going to hate, no matter what, so lets dance anyways!”
Smart girl. Smarter than any DemoGenerate haters wallowing in their pig mines.
Personally...I liked the second episode better than the first.
hear hear, and there is a segment coming up next week when Sarah cries a little talking about Trig, and it damn near tore my heart out, what a wonderful wonderful woman......be warned.....when that part comes up next week, America will cry with her......
I had a Mom that great, and I thank God for her every night....
