What the union can do is oppose this insane policy.
I don’t blame the employees, because they are just doing what they are told to do. They didn’t think up the policy.
But the union should come to their aid and say this policy is crazy, useless and unamerican.
4th Amendment. Unlawful search and seizure.

Ah, the Nuremburg defense.
The German railroad employees sending trains to Dachau and the guards in the Communist gulags were doing what they were told. They didn’t create the policies.
I don’t feel sorry for them, and I don’t feel sorry for the TSA thugs. They know that sexual assault is wrong, and they are doing it because they are greedy cowards.
I blame the employees. All they’d have to do is refuse to grope people. If they’re fired any court would rule in their favor because they refused an order to violate a person’s 4th amendment rights. A person cannot be fired for refusing to break the law.
Gropes to cavity searches to cattle cars to..........
So were the guards at the Nazi prison camps...'just doing what they were told to do. Poor fellas.
WE stop this illegal insanity now or it WILL get worse. Count on it. Your attitude is what allows the tyrants to take over - step by step.
And this TSA step is one whale of a step. If they get away with this - they'll know they can do anything and the peoople will bow to it like sheep.
If memory serves a bunch of guys who liked to wear spiffy black and red uniforms back in the 30s and 40s tried the "I was just following orders" defense. It didn't fly then and it won't fly now.
Mark my words, blood will be spilled over this issue if the government does not back off soon!
That didn't work out so well at Nuremberg.
I never thought I'd see American citizens who would go along with this, but I guess concentration camp guards are everywhere.
