I blame the employees. All they’d have to do is refuse to grope people. If they’re fired any court would rule in their favor because they refused an order to violate a person’s 4th amendment rights. A person cannot be fired for refusing to break the law.

A person cannot be fired for refusing to break the law.They could also argue that it was not in their job description when they were hired, and that there has been no change in US law that would precipitate this change in TSA policy.
