Glenn Beck: They’re lying to us about the mystery contrail
Hot Air ^ | 11/19/2010 | Right Scoop

Posted on 11/20/2010 11:34:24 PM PST by JohnKinAK

Glenn Beck said today that he has spoken to military experts about the mystery contrail from a few weeks ago and he says it’s definitely not a plane, but rather a two stage missile. He just wants to know where it came from, and he has a theory. Beck postulates that this missile was possibly from a Chinese sub off the coast of California, perhaps as a show of force to the world, but even more so to President Obama.

Rush Limbaugh reported today (11/23), it was a MISSLE!

“what indeed are your qualifications again???”

You only need eyes, and the ability to reason through simple geometry to see the contrail.

Perhaps it takes being a AF General, an editor of a defense magazine, a TV host, or a radio host to see that a contrail is a missile plume.

“experts” are wrong here, because they, like you, aren’t really experts.

“Rush Limbaugh reported today (11/23), it was a MISSLE!”

Yes, and he is wrong. It is an aircraft contrail. People with national radio shows can be wrong, you know.

Another day has passed, and still not an ounce of proof from the missile crowd....

Another day has passed, and still not an ounce of proof from the missile crowd....

You didn't watch the video taken by the CBS cameraman of the missile launch 35 miles off the US coast? That is really solid proof I would say.

"Contrail Science" is a hair-brained conspiracy topic talked about late at night on Coast-to-coast radio. I refuse to even consider a website dedicated to so called Chem-trails and Contrails. That website is only proof of someone having to much time on his hands and the gullibility of the fans that visit his site.

You mean the small clip that was zoomed in?

How about all 10 minutes.

How about some actual proof that it was a missile? Type, speed, launch point, debris, witnesses, etc.

But...bupkis

Versus mounds of data showing it was a plane.

Come on, give some proof other than “gee that looked like a missile”

Versus mounds of data showing it was a plane.

All that I have seen is only tripe, stuff and nonsense.

Rick Warren took twenty seven eight-by-ten colour glossy photographs with circles and arrows and a paragraph below each one explaining that each one was to be used as evidence against the "phony" missile launch.
Doesn't that sound silly!?

It was not my intent to "brag", and I'm sorry if I some how came off like that. Previously there had been some discussion as to the experience of those posting their opinions on this subject.

Regarding 'kookery', I don't mind sharing the company of some other military and aerospace veterans who also happen to believe the event to be the launching of a SLBM. I could not ask for better company.

But, what continues to amaze me is how important it seems to be to some folks to dismiss the entire event(?) (Queue up classic Twilight Zone music).

Amazing that that is the only contrail in the sky over that whole region of the Pacific.

It wasn't. Check out the first wide-angle image (Shot at 20mm focal length)from Hermosa Beach?

Rush Limbaugh reported incorrectly opined today (11/23), it was a MISSLE!

Fixed it.

The Contrail Science site is dedicated to DEBUNKING the chemtrail/contrail lunacy, including in this case the rocket-launch lunacy. It is well worth taking a look at.

Check out the images from Hermosa Beach in my post #294. It will give you the true perspective, along with the LAX webcam image. Gil Leyvas has said that this object was always heading away from the coast. I believe west was the key word in his interviews?

Those images show the true perspective in relation to the coastline. The video from Mission Viejom also confirms that this object was heading towards the mainland. CBS has always given the impression that this 'missile' was going away from the US at all times.

Link to video from Mission Viejom

Look at the timeline of Rick Warren's images? Now that the other independent images have shown the true perspective explain how Rick was able to keep the head of a plume from a a ballistic missile in frame for that length of time? This was not a fast moving event. The CBS video is edited and shown in such a way as to form that impression. An impression of a vertical plume rocketing out of the ocean and heading west away from the coast.

Someone that makes in the neighborhood of $150,000,000 (or more) a year and has a support staff that more than likely numbers in the hundreds, can not be correct 100% of the time.

His accuracy may be somewhere between 98.9% to 99.9%.

The time stamp is an hour out. Why not contact Countryman and McDaniel or Cargo Law to find out the reason? Think about it 'exactly an hour out' as you describe? No automatic set back from daylight saving. Even some internet websites and forums don't have auto clock setting features.

Why not contact them and ask them? Check out their description of the event on 8th November?

At 5:15 PM The LAX Webcam #2 - "Over The Pacific"......
