Sarah Palin may not have the biggest fan in former first lady Barbara Bush.
"I sat next to her once. Thought she was beautiful," Barbara Bush said. "And she's very happy in Alaska, and I hope she'll stay there."
Bush, along with her husband, former President George H.W. Bush, spoke to CNN's Larry King in an interview set to air Monday.

Exactly, kitty, Mrs. Bush welcomed both the rapist and the carpetbagger, no bad things to say at all. At least Newt’s mum told precisely what she thought of Mrs. Clinton...Beatch
Now it’s Sarah’s turn...to be president.
Not at all, I’m a big fan of dime-store philosophy (as I illustrated).
No way will EEEEVVVERRRRR vote for another of this NWO RINO clan of open borders shills for international bankers and other trans-national interests.
Every time I see anyone from this family I want to puke.
I don't hate either one of them. I voted twice for Bush #2 and thought his performance as President was ok. What I dislike about him was his opposition to conservative policies; pro illegals, not controlling spending etc. As for Mitt Romney, he's never done anything bad to me (I'm not from Mass.). But really, the guy is a snake and should should move his road show over to the "progressive" Democrat Party.
I liked George H W Bush and George W. Bush because they both highly respected the Office of the President of these United States. I liked their wives because they were well dressed ladies and knew when to be silent.
I couldn’t stand their left leaning political positions. Both of them could have been Democrats during the 70’s and America would have accepted them. I’m glad they are retired.
Oh boo hoo.
The poster called Barbara Bush a "battle axe" after Barbara Bush implied that there is nothing more to Sarah than her good looks.
Barbara Bush's remark was classless and she gets the same treatment back in return.
Sheesh!
If you countenance abortion, you are not a conservative.
If the Establishment Republicans do nominate him, I know one vote he will not get.
BB has witnessed MAObama literally trash her family for three years now with nothing to say and she has the balls to go after Sarah in a sleight of hand way like this?
uuuggghhh!!!! Go away Bushes!
Well, didn’t McNasty settle that for all time by explaining to the hoi polloi that Hussein is “a good family man” and “a Christian.”
No reason to criticize a man like that. /s
Me too - I will vote third party. No damn way will i ever support another member of the family.
Yes, and isn't it nice that George Washington...(er, I mean that IS Barbara Bush, ain't it?) has anted-up her two cents.
My memory's bad; Had we heard THIS quote from her back in 2008 about 0bama?:
"And he's very happy in Chicago, and I hope he'll stay there."
Isn't that enough? Isn't that what we're fighting against? The Tea Party and Constitutional Conservatism vs. RINOs within our own party?
My suggestion is that you think carefully about what you're saying here, FRiend. It is time to pick sides within our own party. That's the name of the game right now.
Get with the game.
Too late Barbara, the moose is out of the bag. We are taking the GOP away from YOU!
America's Ruling Class -- And the Perils of Revolution (Long, but very worthy and important read)
Oops...I forgot the /sarcasm tag...
Barbara Bush: “It’s Jeb’s turn!”
This old bag has to know that the MSM will use this like a hammer against Sarah.
Too much time on the machine leads to personality changes....I have seen it with my uncle.
Often they become angry and bitter.
The best thing the bushes can do is keep Barbara away from the press.
