I think it’s his way at getting back at Murkowski. It’s nothing more than chop busting.
I would assume that it'd be harder to challenge ballots once they've been certified. That's one of the reasons that they didn't want the Florida results certified in 2000 -- it would've meant suing to overturn the election results. (It still was but they weren't "results" yet ... yada yada yada ... forget I brought that up ... not responding to it...)
The way it is apparently working is that the election officials are counting votes. For example, election counter, “Here’s a vote for Miller.” Election Judge, “Who is that idiot.” Election counter, “Here’s another vote for Miller.” Election Judge, “That SOB voted twice, throw both votes out.”
Stuff like sworn depositions and affidavits from election judges that ballot boxes were pre-stuffed prior to opening time on election day; stuff like voters exceeding registered populations in many areas.
What they know is 1)Murkowski write in votes were given special consideration where “voter intent” was determined instead of following the law,
2)All the other votes were machine counted and were NOT screened for “voter intent”
3)Murkowski is NOT 10,000 votes ahead as reported. Miller is AHEAD in uncontested votes.
4) Some precincts are reporting 100% turnout, districts that went heavily for Murkowski.
5) Ballots were turned pre-sorted because someone had already gone through them in violation of the law
And I am sure there is much more.
