Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press . . . Politicians who wish they could get around any portion of the First Amendment have no business in our government. That sadly includes even the "moderate" Dems, along with far left-wing socialists like Pelosi and Obama, and a few RINOs.

Senator Rockefeller (for it is He); Listen:
There’s a GIANT bug inside of me which wants to get the FCC: ‘Out. Off. End. Goodbye.’ It would be a big favor to political discourse; your ability to do our work in Congress, and to the American people,

Jay better watch out... he's treading a dangerously thin line between expressing a foolish wish and proving he's unfit to serve in the Senate.
That the one News organ which provides a balance to the rest of the socialist mouthpiece ass-puppets is hurting "public discourse" or the government's ability to be "trusted" is ludicrous, and Mr. Rockefeller is likely to find himself looking for a job (or worse).
With the Midterm vote, we just spoke as plainly as we know how, telling these scum to knock off their totalitarian crap. I guess Old Jay wants to see how much farther he can push before some really start pushing back.
Trust me, Jay; you don't really want the answer to that question. Just walk away, pus-for-brains. Make a decision you can live with.

I’d accept FOX going off if ALL lamestream political opinion and news media on TV and daily newsprint form were banned. Then we’d have talk radio and the net. Well, FOX etc would all reappear on net. Then I won’t have to see CNN in the background when I’m ordering a Dunkin’ Donut, to see “The View” waiting for a doctors appointment.... won’t have elderly so subjected and victimized in hospital rooms, mental patients in their social rooms... Yeah, that would be worth it right there.
Think too families could huddle around the radio nights...
not bad.
What’ya say?!

get the FCC to say to FOX and to MSNBC: 'Out. Off. End. Goodbye.' We all know which one he wants off the air and which one doesn't bother him at all, but he had to put up some pretense of balance in his high level, senatorial assessment of the situation.

Seriously, for this remark this silver-spoons demagogue needs to be condemned by the Senate, and for that matter, by a resolution in the House, and I mean NOW. Thanks caper gal 1.

Knocking FOX news "off the air" (actually off the cable) is not going to stop the momentum that has built in America. We don't need FOX to tell us that obama and his corrupt minions are ruing America.
In fact, the censoring of conservative news outlets and commentators will only cause the movement to grow in strength.
This country was founded, and slavery was ended without TV, Radio or even newspapers. But the message managed to get through, and it has already gotten through.
For the obama/soros coup to be like they wanted it, they started about 30 years too soon, and "misunderestimated" the American people. Neither obama or soros are true Americans; they don't have the American spirit and don't know what it is.
They have watched the fall of other nations and figure they can do it just as easily to America. They have succeeded on several fronts, but now they're getting down to the immoveable force...THE PEOPLE.
