SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- The San Mateo district attorney's office has a warning for all TSA personnel at SFO -- anyone inappropriately touching a passenger during a security pat down will be prosecuted.

The DA is saying “skin to skin” - under clothing or over clothing......I am sure they would point out that the ones doing the screening are wearing gloves, so that can’t come under the definition of “skin to skin.” We’re on to all their tricks and defenses. As for Napolitano saying all these procedures were studied before they were put in place. Oh! I will be sure to believe Napolitano.

Hard to deliver, not impossible. One looks to details of the allegedly criminal incident, and for patterns and supporting evidence as well.
Convictions from this are unlikely, true, but this is definitely a good sharp smack in the face against TSA. They will -ALL- be more careful now.
An additional issue is tort liability, which is outside the DA’s scope of duty or authority, but not outside of the victims’ options.

We don’t need convictions. Thousands of indictments in Cities across America will bring BO & Big Sis’ terror campaign against the American People to a halt.
As ruled by Justice Lewis Powell a Grand Jury Indictment can be based on “...tips, rumors… or the personal knowledge of the grand jurors.”

On a radio interview someone said that the pat downs will not prevent another disaster because the next will be a swallowed explosive device or one in a body cavity set off by a cell phone.
Yes and remember BO & Big Sis are exempting their Terrorist Pals from Full Pat Downs, so they can bring the explosives onto Planes in their stomachs, body cavities or breast implants. All BO & Big Sis’ muslim Terrorist Pals have to do is wear a muslim scarf and they get passed through security with merely a head and neck pat down.
