very sad for the families. from the article:
Investigators will check surveillance video at a border crossing to see if the driver went to Mexico.
---they wont see him again, unless it is another DUI accident.

I guess I'd like to know why he was arrested, and why he was released. Did he post bail? Or was he let go just because he is a Mexican? Who is the Judge who ordered his release? Do the people of this country not care about what is going on here?

Interestingly, this is the vehicle this filthy piece of human debris from our southern border was driving.

Why did they waste their money doing blood tests? Maybe the judge owned some stock in the testing company.

Well,,, there are some complications in this case. I’m not exonerating the guy, but, he swerved to avoid a head on collision with a butthead that was trying to pass the motorcyclists. But, being drunk, he swerved the wrong way, and instead of going off the road, he swerved into the cyclists. The other car caused this horrible accident.
To: Cheetahcat
The accident wasnt his fault

When do we get liberated?

Well, an experienced drunk driver would know to blame it on an unknown unsubstantiable “other” driver. Not enough info here to really know if there was. In any case, putting others in risk of great bodily harm or death to avoid injury to oneself does not protect this guy, and especially when driving drunk. Sounds more like he crashed into them, and then made up the story of the mythical Honda or if the Honda did exist, made up the story that he had to avoid the Honda.
To: When do we get liberated?
I had some ahole pull head on into my lane while I was going 55mph last night.
I swerved left... he swerved left. I swerved right... he swerved right.
I dont know how I got out of it.
Thankfully the road wasnt crowded.

says an unknown driver in a gold Honda Civic tried to pass the bikers and drove head-on toward Bobadilla,
Yeah, this same gold Honda has caused accidents involving drunk Mexicans in several places here in FL too. I wouldn't be surprised to find more gold Hondas in NC, GA, TX, NM and AZ.
