MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A 13-year-old boy is accused of sexually assaulting a fellow student on Minneapolis school bus.
Police say the boy assaulted a 12-year-old girl during a Monday afternoon bus route. Authorities say both students are from the Sheridan Global Arts and Communications School.
KSTP-TV reports Sheridan Principal Al Pitt sent an e-mail to parents Tuesday which said the matter is under investigation by Minneapolis police. Pitt also said the school was committed to following the school district's discipline policy regarding the incident.

I’m no school administrator or anything, but this could be a problem.
Reason #196 to homeschool.
It’s an arts diversity magnet school!
Did he kick the tires ?
Glad I don’t drive bus in MPLS any more.
“Pitt also said the school was committed to following the school district’s discipline policy regarding the incident.”
This bureaucrat probably thinks someone is reassured by his swearing fealty to bureaucratic rules. Idiot.
Many nights I walk down to our road with the family and look at the stars. Off on the horizon we always comment on the glow of the cities; they call it ‘the fires of Sodom and Gommorah.’
BTW, I graduated from the Mpls. school system and spent part of my working years at the University. I wouldn’t sentence a dog to the same fate.
