“Look, I want Joe to somehow pull this out and I loathe Murky for what she’s done, but it’s over for him”

Have you seen the full absentee and military ballot count? How can you say it’s over if you haven’t?

Me too. It’s about the rule of law.

If we tried playing football like the ruling class plays the law there would be riots at every game. You can’t play a game when the refs decide which rules they’re going to throw out and which rules they’re going to make up, changing with every yellow flag and whistle.

Without the rule of law this nation is toast. And people who don’t grasp that by now are beyond help.

And if people cared as much about the rule of law as they care about football, this country would be much better off.

If his Absentee vote total (out of the 31,000 Absentee Ballots) ADDED TO HIS 67,500 VOTES exceeds the 81,000 uncounted write-in ballots, then it’s over.

Joe lost and he needs to move on. If a dim were pulling these antics we’d be all over them.

Sure Bud. Applying the rule of law to the way votes should be counted is nothing but "antics".

Are we on the right forum?
Do we support the rule of law or nor not?
Joe Miller won the primary.
The rules were already twisted and bent to accomodate Murky’s ‘write-in’ campaign.

We’re supposed to give up on the 30,500 absentee ballots? Did I miss how that count came out? I thought they weren’t counting military absentee votes until Nov. 17th.

Hugh Hewitt just mentioned on his show that they’re even trying to count votes for “Frank Murkowski” as votes for Lisa.

You have got to be kidding!

Without counting the absentee, including military, votes?

Yes indeed Onyx. What forum are we on.

"Antics" has been a common buzz word used by the left to describe tea party folks and Joe Miller, behavior.

She says she’ll caucus with the Republicans. We’ll see how it goes.

I share that concern. Murkowski seems strongly anti-EPA, so that would seem to make it really bizarre for her to join the Dems. But how about the teachers' unions posing with her when she announced her write-in campaign?

I think the absenttees were counted yesterday and Joe was not pulling in a massive tide of votes.....more votes for him then Cow but not enough....

he should pursue the exact lanquage lawsuit, because election law should be enforced and if it can be changed willy nilly in Alaska of all places, it can be changed anywhere......

So he just needs 13501 absentee votes (20%) to win? How will that not happen? Or are they assuming a big write-in on the absentees? When were they sent out?

About my only comment would be that the unions must have known she had a better chance than their democrat.

It’s a shame she allowed herself to be used though.

She is a known quantity isn’t she. What’s your take on her above and beyond the EPA issue?

Not sure why they would stop the counts. The ballots are all being sorted, so if the court decides to grant his petition, they can subtract out the votes he wants subtracted.

t's an interesting point to see if McConnell replaces her with true Republicans in her leadership role on committees.

You are kidding right? That was decided when they sent the lawyers down to help her after she was whacked in the primary. She will suffer no penalty of any kid, in fact she will probably be paid off in some way to keep her from being a jumping Jeffords.

Amazing....Princess Lisa seems to have several fans here. Dare I ask, why?? What exactly is sooooo special about her that some argue she is above the law?? I THINK I know....but would love to be enlightened.

Well, she did vote against the porkulus and obamacare.

I have doubts that she will vote with the Tea Partiers to stop or reduce pork in general.

Maybe she won’t be as bad as we thought, although I hope Miller will win somehow.
