Just a headline right now.
More to follow.
Related to Lisa, perhaps?
Or a friend of the family?
I hate to say it folks, but this is the endgame here for Miller. HotAir already reporting that over 98% of the write-ins are for Murky. Alaskans apparently favor business as usual and the status-quo over liberty and autonomy.
You lost Joe...
You can’t possibly believe that. Ninety eight percent? If that doesn’t SCREAM fraud for you, there is no hope.
Murkowski family appointment.
Joe lost and he needs to move on. If a dim were pulling these antics we’d be all over them.

It really does sound fishy. I wonder how many of the voters had the same names as the Dallas Cowboys starting lineup, and names like Mickey Mouse and Superman? And how many were even alive?
Alaska, the last frontier, needs to be chopped off from tax funded life support.
Don’t get me wrong here. I believe he has lost. But with that ratio? Come on.
This ruling should just be a decision allowing the counting to proceed.
The system the counters are using only counts votes for M that are lawful, mis-spelled votes are kept apart and not counted as yet.
So there isn’t any point in an injunction yet.
Why is it strange that Murkowski got 98% of write-ins? Normally write-ins get less than 1% of thd vote in Alaska. This year it was 40%. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure the difference is Murkowski.
Fraud as usual. Lisa has the judge in her pocket. She is not & I mean a Not Republican! She is trying to win by hook or crook just like the Dems. I don’t want her on any boards.
I disagree. One of the things that bothers me most about recent elections (not just this one) is how Republicans are far too likely to just roll over and play dead instead of challenging possible voter fraud. 98% of the write-ins were for Murky? Doesn’t that sound a little odd?
I think, without more facts it’s hard to say.
The request is a necessary step, to lay the groundwork for contesting ballots that don’t follow the letter of the law. It’s not the legal endgame.
They count the ballots and if they count any for the ‘cow that are contested, then his team can take it to court again, showing cause.
See my 10.
I disagree. He needs to see this out, and when it is time accept the outcome. The votes aren’t even counted yet. Plus, our side always seems to bow out too quickly without fully challenging to the full extent.
He needs to take it to next higher court. From bankers, and wall street, to voting, and on and on the rule of law in this country has turned into a circus.
I found this site where you can watch the counting live.

I disagree. He needs to see it to the end and make the courts rule on each and every issue. The rules need to be clarified for the next election. If voter intent is to be the standard the Supreme Court of Alaska needs to invalidate the regulation.
After the process is through and he is still behind he should concede as graciously as possible and start working for the election on 2014. If he can heal things with Murcowski and the state GOP he might be viable in a race against Begich.
What was the count?
