An airliner?

Then it should be perfectly possible to tell us WHICH airliner this was that caused the contrail.

We certainly know the scheduled whereabouts of airliners.

Get with it or just shut up until you have REAL information.

(Not telling the poster to shut up; rather, those behind the airliner theory - which should not be a theory but should be based on provable fact)

If that is so then please post a video on You Tube or some such place of a similar jet contrail happening. For it happens regularly enough according to your panelists. Should not be a hard video to make.

Ridiculous. (Glad I grabbed the footage before it disappeared.)

Anyone who has ever watched a launch could easily discern this was a solid rocket, not an airplane. The big base of smoke low and the swirl pattern of the missile doing a course correction, not to mention the burn coming from the end of the thing as it's going vertical are dead giveaways to even the casual observer.

Rather than tell the truth, these clowns have decided to do the usual "You're obviously too stupid to tell what happened. Let us explain it for you" routine.

If this were actually a chem-trail, you would think you would see this type of mis-identification quite often. We don’t.

Strangely an airliner moving at 350-450 mph didn’t approach the helicopter fast enough for the crew to realize it was an aircraft.

I’ve not weighed in heavily on this yet. There a plenty enough experts on the topic to meet the needs of open discussion. I’m still not quite buying the ‘move along, nothing happening here’ scenario yet.

I believe that, whatever it was, there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for it that the government doesn't want to share.

They should have known better than to have called it an airliner, though. The obvious next question is "Okay, what flight number was it, from which carrier?"

Because if it was an airliner, that information would be readily available.

This reminds me of a story my father told me. He was a Chaplin on troop transports bringing soldiers back from the Pacific theater after WWII. These guys had been gone for years without any visits home. One of them got a letter from his wife explaining how she found a baby on the front porch. Dad said the guy walked around the deck muttering, “and I believe her!”

I would have liked to see the speed at which the object moved. A missile launch would have gone up VERY quickly and would have been out of sight within 30 seconds.

And that is supposed to inspire confidence? I'm not buying this story. All we're hearing is "no, it wasn't a missile." OK... if not, WHAT???
