A letter Barack Obama Sr. wrote in 1962 raises new questions about the veracity of the official Obama nativity story related by Barack Obama Jr. in his autobiography "Dreams from My Father."

A letter Barack Obama Sr. wrote in May 1962 from Hawaii to his political benefactor in Kenya, Tom Mboya, discusses his wife, but without mentioning Ann Dunham, his Hawaiian bride and the mother of the president.

Toward the end of the 1962 letter, Obama wrote, "You know my wife is in Nairobi there and I would really appreciate any help you may give her."

Clearly Obama Sr. is referring to his first wife, Kezia Aoko, whom he had married in 1954 at age 18 while she was pregnant with their first child. Obama left Kenya in 1959 to study in Hawaii.

He instructs Mboya that his wife Kezia was then staying with her brother, Wilson Odiawo, in Nairobi.

The heading of the letter to Mboya lists 1482 Alencastre Street in Honolulu as the address for Barack Obama Sr. at the time the letter was written, May 29, 1962.

This is a previously unknown address for Barack Obama Sr. At this time, however, Dunham was living with her son in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle at 516 13th Ave. East, Apt. 2.

There are divorce records, and I may recall there is a record listing of marriage in the Hawaiian Department of Health.

No marriage record in Hawaii for Stanley Ann. Even Obama admits that. There is a divorce record, but it has some pages missing. As I remember, it was uncontested and Obama did not respond.

I hadn't realized how brilliant Barack Sr. was, but the evidence is there in his own words.
Self-absorbed narcissism (I guess that is redundant) can evidently be passed by DNA.

I actually hadn't read dear olde Dad's letter (I just jumped to the comments) - except you and couple of other people made some remarks about it - so I had to go back and read it...

Geeze, no kidding... I have no doubt now that Barack Sr. is the real father. What a vain, full of himself popinjay... Says he's brilliant, but writes like a remedial Jr. High drop out (yes, I know he's foreign born -- but he being such a brilliant fellow, garnering the top awards from American Universities -- I'd expect him to write beyond a 6th Grade level)... And where did it take place? Which jurisdiction? Obama even says that there is no record of a marriage.

Perhaps someone in Hawaii is just screwing with the records, as it appears they did with the birth records. Remember the twins?

The record popped up in October 01, 2009; in a Marriage Index as a "freebie" from Ms Okubo to a Donofrio associate requesting DoH records.

My first question was the same as yours so I skimmed the article looking for the provenance of the document. This computer has a virus that won’t allow me to see video so I have to rely on others to tell me what’s in videos for the time being. I guess we all get by with a little help from our friends. =)

The answers are there, if you look between the lines.

I don’t have any doubts that Obama Sr. and Stanley Anne were in fact married and divorced. It’s the circumstances that are of interest.

Stanley Anne knew — and was debauched by — Frank Marshall Davis long before she met Barack Obama, Sr. He even seems to have taken some racy snapshots of her (I will say no more except that the purported pics can be found if you search for them — look and judge for yourself).

I will speculate that Stanley Anne met Obama Sr. and began a relationship with him while she was still involved with Davis (who was married).

She may have found herself pregnant, either knowing that the father was Davis, or perhaps unsure whether it was Davis or Obama.

Even if she knew it was Davis, she couldn’t marry him, because he already had a wife.

So she took the easiest course of action to “legitimize” the coming child: she persuaded Obama that he was the “father” and got him to marry her.

Obama Sr. at first probably accepted this (not sure of just how much he knew about Stanley Anne’s prior relationship with Davis).

But at some point soon after the birth, my guess is that Obama Sr. began having doubts about his fatherhood of Barack Jr., and the fidelity of his young wife.

Perhaps he found damning evidence that she was still seeing Davis on the side. Perhaps there was an argument in which Stanley Anne suggested in anger who the _real_ father of the child might be.

With that, Obama Sr. saw little worth staying for, and simply left both her and the baby that he sensed wasn’t his own.

That’s how I see it.

(Alternate scenario: Stanley Anne, not pregnant, married Obama Sr. but still continued to see Davis, and got pregnant from him _after_ the marriage. But the result was still the same: a cuckolded Obama Sr.)

Obama Sr. was a rather short man, judging from the photo:

On the other hand "Obama" "Jr" is rather tall and looks nothing like his alleged father, while "Grandfather" Stanley was tall and there is a resemblance. One theory is Grandpa Stanley and buddy Frank Marshall Davis were out whoring in the local black bar scene and Stanley made a boo boo. Nine months later the boo boo was pawned off on daughter Ann.
