I cannot get the time off from work.
I am especially upset by this because the filth from The Westboro Baptist “Church” have made it clear they will be there to protest.

Maine has a very new and very strict law about this now, and I can only hope that they enforce it.

Oh, Sis!!! I know how disappointed you are that you can’t
be there with your fellow Patriot Guards to protect the family
of this hero! I, too, hope that the law will prevent those
cowardly, evil protesters from disrupting what should be a
solemn and dignified occasion.
