Well, they had to take my great-uncle Archie’s car away when he was 92 years old. Kept running into things.

Convenient this comes out after the election where he was on my TV 24/7 flacking his income tax initiative (that lost horribly anyway)......you can bet your sweet bippy if this was a conservative who was running a campaign (Tim Eyman, anyone?), it would have made the news before he got home.

Hit and run is not a 'senior moment". What if a child was hurt or an animal. Time for Mr. Gates to hang up his license and while he is at it his ability to place laws up for vote.
In other words his young 'uns need to put him under house arrest before he causes even more problems and possibly lawsuits. Daddy wouldn't do well in prison/jail me thinks. Sometimes the younger family intervenes much too late and the consequences are not good.
Note and reminder to all of us who have parents.

I can’t believe he doesn’t have a driver. Stupid. Anyone with that kind of money should have a driver and plenty of protection 24/7 out in public. Just sad that Gates would be so careless with the old man.

The article goes on to state that, although information on this event was requested by the station on October 15 (and by law should have arrived within 5 days) the police did not get them the information until after the election. Nothing suspicious there . . . .

This reminds me of my first realization of liberalism and the differences in thinking
My physics teacher was explaning acceleration and velocity and described how a vehicle making a turn loses control on the road
Or - “if you have money” it’s called “failed to negotiate the curve”

This is the Bozo who doesn't understand the difference between income and equity.
You don't pay income taxes on equity, so the really, really, really rich people like Bill Gates, Jr. and Warren Buffet aren't much affected by the exorbitant income taxes they want us to pay, while pretending they are subject to them, too.

Probably steals batteries and cries "I'm an old man. I'm confused! I thought I paid for it. What's my name? Will you take me home?" if he gets caught.

The actual charge was leaving the scene of an accident until he sobered up. Ted Kennedy is responsible for this newest addition to the penal code.

How did gates car get wedged against the other car without the driver of the other ever seeing gates? There is something else going on here. When I was rear ended once the driver did jump out and run away but he was young and could still run fast.
