Quite possible. I didn't read the entire story but if these two are immigrants in another country they could very well be older. Immigrants tend to lie the age of their kids to be younger than they really are in order to get the most out of the public education. I've known asians to do this. Not sure how important education is to a gypsy.

Ayres and Dorhn did not receive the sentences that they deserved just as these muslim child rapists did not receive the sentences that they should have gotten because they are of a politically favored group. This is how “nice” corruption works.
