Putting it on the ballot might help future wannabees but it won’t take care of the usurper now. He needs to be brought down on this and have his entire term written about in history books for the next thousand years.

This is a state government. Spending, healthcare, and economy are already items for the feds, with some of the states already doing what they can to get rid of Obamacare via lawsuits and/or their own laws forbidding it.
I think you read the independents wrong. I think a lot of us are asking to have the infrastructure of our country back - including, most importantly, the rule of law. If any voters are NOT for the rule of law then we’ve got some convincing to do no matter how you slice it so just ignoring the issue isn’t the answer either.
The only people who don’t want Obama investigated are those in the Soros cabal: the communists, Islamists, and media (sorry to be repetitive).

Even if Obama was definitively found to be ineligible for office, that would not automatically void any of the laws or executive orders he has signed. This is due to a legal concept called the "de facto officer doctrine", which has been recognized by the Supreme Court.
IMO the defacto officer doctrine would not apply to Obama, he has been challenged on his eligibility before he took office and it is not just a perfuntory administrative challenge.
There’s a difference between investigating imaginary wrongs and investigating real crimes. Just because your enemy investigated piddles as a political weapon doesn’t mean that people are going to paint you with the same brush if you investigate known murderers.
People want to know whether or not our elections can be trusted - not because there were imaginary roadblocks that only impacted blacks in Florida in 2000, but because many people in NV in 2010 had their straight-line republican tickets all turned to democrat; they contacted the poll workers who had the same thing happen to them 4 out of 5 times. Others received ballots already filled in for Harry Reid. A box of ballots was found floating on water. We already know that Al Franken was elected by the felon vote. And we know that military people never received ballots in several states.
Just because the dems made up stories in 2000 doesn’t mean that people think it frivolous that our brave men and women serving abroad were denied the right to vote. In fact, I think there are some pretty intense feelings about that, and if the repubs DON’T check it out they will be on the wrong side of history.
That’s just one example of how what angers people depends on what they see as the goal. If “getting along”/ “shut up and graduate”/business as usual is what people are after, as you’re suggesting, then investigating real crime could be politically dangerous.
But if people actually see that the RULE OF LAW matters, then they will not tolerate Congress just putting up with the Department of Injustice antics with the NBPP, racial stuff as well as suing Arizona for wanting to enforce immigration law that is currently non-existent and leaving our southern border (and soon to be deep interior as well, as these people move about) vulnerable to druglords who pattern their methods after Al Qaeda.
Totally different to go on a wild goosechase to get Scooter Libby when you know the non-crime was actually done by Dick Armitage and the “victim’s” own husband... than it is to go after people who are ensuring that Arizonan ranchers will be shot, rape trees will be prevalent, people will bake in the back of 18-wheelers, dams will be blown up to spite the rival gang, and Al Qaeda, Hamas, and Hezbollah will have easy access to all of America through our wide open under-belly. Exponentially different, and even a stupid populace drunk under the influence of a corrupt media can see that difference.
The “birther” thing long, long ago ceased to be about Obama. It is and always has been about the rule of law, and I believe that the public is sick of the lawlessness WHEREVER it is found.
I do believe the first priority for Congress is the stuff they can take care of to undo the damage from the illegal coup. Healthcare is a biggie, and they have the possibility of defunding it. That should be their focus. I’ve always believed that Obama’s coup was a failure in law enforcement.
If Missouri is like Nebraska, the governor can request an investigation from the AG and the AG by law has to do it. The governor could request that their AG investigate whether Nancy Pelosi perjured herself by claiming that Obama was the duly elected candidate of the DNC, when she already knew that the Hawaii Democratic Party had refused to certify his eligibility, and had, in their eagerness to get the eligibility language out, ripped out of their standard form the very statement required by their law for the HDP to make.
Their AG would have subpoena power and could break this thing wide open. I’ve tried this route with Nebraska, and Gov Heineman just doesn’t have the guts to do it. Let’s hope and pray that Missouri has a law allowing their legislature to request such an investigation OR that this guy can encourage their governor to request such an investigation.
In addition, MO might be a good place to pass a law requiring that documentation of eligibility be submitted to the SOS before a name can be printed on the primary or general election ballot. Nobody could oppose that without revealing their utter contempt for the rule of law and the concerns of the American public.

The Hawaii Department of Health has already indirectly confirmed in 2 different ways that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery. And what they have confirmed shows that he has no legally-valid BC in Hawaii, since what he has was amended. We already know this guy is toast. The only obstacle has been that we’ve had nobody with legal jurisdiction and authority who has been willing to prosecute the case.
My 10-year-old daughter was excited when I told her what we’ve been able to find. She said, “So, you actually caught the bad guys?” You should have seen the look on her face when I said, “Honey, they’ve been caught for over a year now but we can’t find any cops who will arrest them.”
Lord willing, that has just changed.

The feds are saying this has to be resolved at the state level. Fine. Let the states resolve it, while the feds go about their business.
Nearly every state relied on the word of Nancy Pelosi that Obama was eligible. It turns out that she knew to question his eligibility, because the Hawaii Democratic Party refused to certify his eligibility. She didn’t check it out for herself; the HDOH has confirmed that nobody from the democratic party ever requested to have his birth facts verified or asked to see a copy of his BC. IOW, she made an oath that Obama was the duly chosen candidate of the DNC (which requires Constitutional eligibility) even though it was - at BEST - mere wishful thinking.
That is a crime against every state. She committed a crime against every state when she did that. Every state had the integrity of their election destroyed by that perjury she committed. Every state has a duty to investigate and prosecute.
The states are the ones who are supposed to do this. That’s what the Congressional Research Service lawyer said in his memo for the entire Congress. That’s why our Congress-critters have all been telling us they’re blowing off the eligibility issue.
OK. Fine. The states have made even bigger republican gains than Congress. We’ll take the issue to the states where the feds all say it is supposed to be resolved. But San Fran Nan better watch her behind because she’s going to be sitting in jail by the time this is all done, along with some other people who perpetrated this fraud on the states.
Obama would NOT have passed without a problem. Why do you think he forged that COLB for Factcheck? Because his genuine COLB has a 2006 certificate number, is late, and notes an amendment - all of which means that it is not legally valid.
If he had ever once been required to show what the HDOH actually has in their office for him, Obama would have been toast.

And those items are included in what is collected electronically. A COLB can include any information the programmers include in the printing output. And before the data was collected electronically the paper long-forms included that information as well. The DOH offices have all that information; there is no reason they should refuse to disclose those records when the registrant needs to prove that information.
Even in Hawaii, which only “issues” COLB’s, they have the capability of making a copy of any information in their office, and their UIPA disclosure law requires them to provide copies of any records about a person (other than law enforcement records) when requested. To certify that the record is genuinely from the DOH office, the registrar stamps it with a seal and signs it. So regardless of what is “issued”, any person can get a certified copy of anything the DOH has in their office for the registrant.
All the DOH is supposed to do is to keep the records safe and disclose them when requested by someone with a legitimate interest in the information. Whether collected electronically or by paper, the DOH office has ALWAYS collected the details of the birth such as the doctor or witness to the birth. If they have the information, they are required to disclose it to anyone with a legitimate interest in it, according to the legally-accepted standards of “legitimate interest”. The registrant would always meet that standard.
If Missouri scrapped their law it wasn’t because they CAN’T either “issue” OR disclose the long-form. That is just disinformation. As long as they have the information collected they not only can, but MUST disclose it to someone with a legitimate interest in it. If the law had passed, their DOH would simply have had to create a printout that included all the information collected about an individual’s birth. Piece of cake; they’ve got it in their database and can print it however they choose.
That was clearly not the framers intent for the Commander in Chief of the armed forces. But hey...we dont want to go after the truth since the state run media and the marxists have tried to ridicule the issue.
I think their biggest reason is because they fear the media. They think it more expedient to accept the rotten lies of the media than actually find a way to hold them accountable to the truth. Short-sighted at best.
I have to say that after the media poisoned the Sarah Palin brand I thought that they might have destroyed her ability to impact politics. But the American public is not as far-gone as I had feared. We have ways of getting the truth out there and there are enough people who care to see the truth that the media is seen for the liars they are by ever-increasing numbers of people.
That’s the work that is being done here and all over the web. That’s why Obama has to try to get rid of us. But he was too slow. People already know his MO so when he does it the people will know the truth even more than ever, as a gagged voice speaks even louder than a free one, if people know it is gagged. When he makes that move everything we’ve been saying will be finally proven and vindicated. He’s trapped.
There are three legs to the Soros cabal, as I see it:
1) the bureaucracy (such as FCC, IRS, HDOH, the czars, passport office, Homeland Security, selective service administration, social security administration, etc, which are under the control of the politicians and carry out the legal thugocracy including cleaning up the records/lying and threatening legal action against innocent people who buck Soros’ wishes)/
2) Law enforcement, which ignores the pleas of those who protest the illegalities and thugocracy. This includes the federal entities such as AG and DOJ, US attorneys, inspectors general (all of which are appointed by the POTUS and act as his stooges), the federal courts (whose judges, including SCOTUS justices, are appointed by the POTUS), the FBI (who told me 3 times that they don’t investigate document fraud), and the state and local law enforcers (such as the cops who got in trouble for trying to access Obama’s records - possibly the EVVE, which would show he has no legal documentation or was possibly naturalized).
The Injustice Department’s refusal to enforce election law, the borders, etc, and their lawsuit to grab that jurisdiction as exclusively theirs (to shut out state and local law enforcement from being able to enforce laws that Obama doesn’t want enforced) show us just how seriously Soros realizes the law enforcement wing of the cabal actually is.
3) The media - because the media decides which politicians can be in control of the bureaucracy and law enforcement.
Those are the legs that we have to make accountable to the people and to the rule of law. If any one of those legs falls totally to the Soros machine, the country will fall, as Soros and his communist and Islamist allies have been trying to accomplish for a long time.
RINO’s have no clue what we’re facing. They only care about the 3rd leg. Dumb, dumb, dumb. If we don’t have an honestly functioning 3rd leg, all the others will fall as well.
I really, really, REALLY love living in Missouri! Never a dull moment.
There is good reason why Missouri is called the SHOW ME State.
Remember, Obama did not get Missouri’s electoral votes in 2008.
