House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejected numerous polls predicting a Republican landslide among House candidates and defiantly predicted tonight that Democrats will retain control of the House of Representatives.

I wish more than a third of the House and Senate were up for a vote tonight.
All of the House is up for reelection.
You do realize that it’s a third of the Senate up for election. The entire House is voted only every two years.
