coons
Yep, Rove and Fox turned what should have been a very positive night for O’Donnell into some sort of bizarre, backstabbing revenge play just because a bunch of old party hacks didn’t get their way. They definitely damaged her chances. If the actual vote turns out to be close, the blame could be laid at their feet.
That’s because some here on Free Republic are showing their true colors, they are OBOTS and SOCIALIST !
This woman was attacked 24/7 by the Media, the Left and by many TRAITORS on the Right, yet she STILL made it a game and FORCED these fools to waste valuable resources on what should have been a cakewalk for a guy running against a “stupid white girl” (the new favorite target of queers, feminazis and their posse)....
I’m very proud of her....
PS: I’m from California originally and compromising your conservative principles ends up with... California.
There is no value in compromising your principles to garner votes. You lose, they win.
The point is for you to win and them to lose, remember?
Think California then run as a conservative Constitutionalist.
And anybody who wants to now brand these guys as "enemies" can go sit with Obama.
Jim,
Eddie wants you to "go sit with Obama."
“I’m pointing out that Christine O’Donnell couldn’t condemn Mike Castle like many here are doing, as she would have been a hypocrite.”
Your argument seems to make no sense.
Losing and refusing to support the party candidate is not the same as losing and continuing as a candidate in the same race.
One is simply being a sore loser. The other is having the courage to keep trying.
Unfortunately my state has already become Mexico..Brown will probably win here by a lot because people are stupid and don’t remember how bad he was when he was Governor the first time. Its the same kind of crap in Nevada, the ones who say “Harry Reid is good for Nevada” seriously, what the F has Harry Reid ever done for Nevada..name one damn thing, I bet they cant
KMA willers. Idiot!
Delaware has very, very few Conservatives. 29% according to Gallup. Only Hawaii (28%) has fewer Conservatives. Rhode Island also has 29%.
There aren’t that many liberals. Many states have more liberals.
Delaware has a lot of moderates. Few Conservatives, a lot of moderates, a larger than average amount of Liberals, but not an excessive amount.
It’s a Democrat state - 47/29 is Democrat
It’s very unconservative - only 29% Conservative.
I have a question though - how did they get the ballots counted so fast. The polls have been closed for 1 hour 15 minutes. And they’re almost done.

402 of 438.
Fox has to put Christine on TV. Give her a show. I want to see more Christine. I’m not gonna get to see Christine on TV.
So nobody has bothered to look at DE's results page?
92% of precincts reporting - O'Donnell was annihilated 57% to 39%; that's 18%, actually WORSE than the RCP poll average.
It strains credulity to blame 18% on Rove; 18% of voters don't base their vote on what Rove tells them to do.
Leaving aside tactical/strategic issues, and just looking at objectively analyzing races, I do hope people at least learn something about the accuracy of polls for general elections (especially poll averages, and general rather than primary elections) - they're really quite accurate the overwhelming majority of the time.
Anyone who agrees with these guys and RINOS are friends of Obama and Marxist Socialist...
If Obama is the alcoholic husband running a rampage through the house and destroying everything in his path, Karl Rove is the enabler wife who quietly whimpers all the way to the liquor store where she buys him his next bottle of whiskey.
But as a whole, many people not from the area fail to realize that less than 1/3 of the voters are Republican because New Castle County has double the population of the rest of the state combined.
So it’s like New York State, Pennsylvania, and elsewhere—a conservative rural population held hostage by the liberal urban/suburban.
It's a very small state with a small population and only three counties. Pretty obvious.
I saw her interviews - she was good. All the witch crap sucked up the oxygen, and left very little room for her true message. The I’m not a witch thing ad was also not good. It treat a stupid issue as if it were something that really mattered.
If the democrats didn’t cheat in Delaware, my name is Mrs. Obama.
Delaware is a liberal state and I can prove it; look at its voting record. Land mass doesn't matter, population does. Delaware's population, which is concentrated in the northern part of the state, is quite liberal/black.
In summary, Delaware is a liberal state. That slower Delaware education system didn't do you much good because it seems that you are the one who has "no clue WTF you're talking about."
I dunno. Don't forget...he controls the elections and weather! Obviously, Delawareans can't vote without him telling them what to do!
Blame the majority of socialists in Delaware that voted for Coons.
Actually, it was the social issue/integrity side that hurt her the most in NCC, not economics. NCC voters would rather go with the known evil than risk a loose cannon.
Right!
They might have had won a battle but in winning a Senate seat for a transvotesite Republican they would have weaken us when America’s enemy Obama could claim a bi-partisan Vichy America, and by so doing confused those who would vote for liberation in future elections. Why for for Republicans, they would reason — they are ALL tranvotesites playing the same game.
Strength from here on out is in a unified integrity in those whole battle the evil of Obama and Marxist despotism.
