Barack Obama's Democratic Party faces being swept from power in Washington by a ‘political earthquake’ in tomorrow’s U.S. mid-term elections, Sarah Palin claimed last night.
‘You blew it, President Obama,’ she taunted during a TV interview. ‘We gave you two years to improve the economy. The message has been sent to Democrats that they blew it.’
Most Americans want a ‘smaller, smarter’ government, the former Republican vice presidential candidate added.
Pressure was piling up on Mr Obama as he launched a last-ditch tour of the country ahead of tomorrow’s crucial ballot which is being seen as a referendum on his presidency.
Washington analysts were united in their belief the Republicans would come out on top – it was just a question of by how much.

The Democrat-controlled House – the party has a 39-seat majority – is expected to fall to the Republicans and the fate of the Senate is finely balanced. If there is a Republican landslide, it will pitch the White House into an implacable stand-off with Congress in attempts to push through any more Obama initiatives.

He only wishes we were communists in need of czars! Would have thought congress would have put the big kabash on using our money in support of men and women placed in posts to usurp their elected duty to pass law.
Also, is michelle packing on some big ol pounds. I know, catty, but still, if she wants to preach about how people should get healthy, why isn't she setting the example or at the very least INSISTING that her husband stop his smoking.
Geeeeeeeeeeez...just imagine the press if President Bush had enjoyed smoking a cigarette. Hell would have been raised to the rafters with crys of 'you are setting a bad example for the children of America". Oh well, President Bush isn't a democrat. Can just see the press crying if he had tried smoking or ala klintoon, said 'oral sex is not really sex' for the kids to grab ahold of and run with the green light that became an oral sex epidemic in middle schools. Democrats make me sick.

Obama is also reported by the “insider” to be on medication for depression.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that: Lincoln also suffered from depression.
