Raleigh, N.C. A 39-year-old Raleigh woman faces charges that she twice exposed herself at major intersections over 10 days.
An arrest warrant issued Friday states that Lynette Marie Layton, whose address was unknown, stood naked in front a man and passing traffic at Glenwood Avenue and Lead Mine Road.
Raleigh police arrest records show that Layton was also charged with indecent exposure in an incident at Wake Forest and Six Forks roads on Oct. 19.
Layton was charged with indecent exposure in the Friday incident and placed in the Wake County jail under a $500 secured bond.

True compassion is not letting the mentally ill who need care loose on the streets, not letting them vote and providing them with food, a warm bed and safety for themselves and from others who hurt and use them.
