Mental illness is a terrible thing. Custodial care for the severely mentally ill was a good thing. The leftist dems dismantled the system.

True compassion is not letting the mentally ill who need care loose on the streets, not letting them vote and providing them with food, a warm bed and safety for themselves and from others who hurt and use them.
I agree. Her appearance and her behavior definitely indicate mental illness (although drug abuse is possible). We joke, but she probably need to be cared for.
Once having been targeted by a complete psychotic, I was once disturbed ot hear that she was living in her own place now and freely roaming the streets.
