Looks like the business shows were not part of this.
It would be interesting to know the standing of the dedicated businees shows.

Because even the Libs secretly watch Fox News. They also tend to listen to the conservative talk shows on the radio as well.

It's amazing how so many Liberals call into shows like Levin and Limbaugh. Granted I just love to listen to them get absolutely shredded Mark or Rush, it is a riot!

Independent voters watch Fox as well. They voted Democrat in the past. I don't think that they will be doing that again anytime soon.

"O'Reilly milked the Juan Williams thing for all it was worth".

The Bloviator is still milking it. It really isn't about Juan Williams, it's all for the benefit of BOR himself. O'Reilly is his own biggest shill and he's also the biggest and slimiest self-promoter on TV today.

It was announced yesterday that O'R is going to appear on the View again. It's announced like it's the second coming of Christ. Talk about milking something.

He's boosting the rating of a show that features sick women who are crude and lewd....and political radicals. Phony fights and staged walkouts are just part of O'Reilly's patent medicine travelling road shows. It also appears he feels at ease with and gets some kind of buzz from appearing with grotesque, clownish, vulgar women.

His Abbott-Costello act with Beck leaves one wondering which one is having the worst influence on the other.

I watch O'Reilly as do most other folks because of his regulars like Laura and Morris.....and because there's nothing else on in that time slot.

Beck....I hardly watch anymore. His sermonizing, his pushing Ghandi and MLK down our throats, his moral equivalencies between Pres. Bush and Obama and between the GOP and the DemonRats, and his advocacy of voting third party just days before the upcoming life-and-death election is too much for me.

The elevation and immaculation of pinheads in our culture continues unabated.

Thank God for Rush....the steady hand at the helm and the dependable port in the storm.

Leni

Beck has fewer viewers than Shemp and Gretel???

That's sad.

Once Beck brought the religious element to the show he was riding a fine line...people became suspecious of his intentions. It’s known the Mormon leadership will put pressure on those of notoriety to eventually push the religious element...and this is what Beck is doing now. But it is usually done deceptively..not quite stating the Mormon doctrine but certainly many references are apparent....Note that he follows the doctrine of encouraging people to “find out for themself” what they believe...and other like comments..a sort of all inclusive appeal.

To any familiar with Mormonism his references are very clear...and the “shadow” symbolism comes across as well.

Seems that the impact of the MSM is greatly exaggerated.

yes, and I’m sure they count the occupancy of all the airports in the nation in this figure as well.

I am not sure why, but every damn airport I’m stuck in, has to have CNN on all the monitors.

If it weren’t for all those ‘captive’ audience members, I’m sure these numbers would be about 25% of those posted.

They don't mention that most CNNBCBS stations are TUNED IN BY BUSINESS OWNERS like excercise clubs etc.

Not to mention nursing homes. Those poor people.

“Looks like Beck sustained some losses in this period, becoming last on FOX”.

I have almost quit watching Beck; since he began preaching; which at best is pathetic. He is constantly saying there is no difference between Republicans and Demonrats. There is a huge difference since the tea party has been involved and he refuses to acknowledge that. He had three excellent conservatives on the other day, as he acknowledged their conservatism, he treated them like dirt because they were all three Republicans.

as soon as Shep smith comes on my TV gets another channel.

How anyone can even watch Smith for 5mins is beyond me.

The best thing for FOX to do is to get rid of Geraldo and Smith, put the likes of Laura Ingraham on instead.

regarding Beck
same here, I just don’t watch him now due to his sermons, MLK etc.
It just got too much. His show was better when he was breaking news on the likes of the left and what they are up too.
Now it’s just got boring.

FOX NEWS should be told about this "captive audience" phenomenon!

Beck is a one trick pony - domestic politics. What is with the total aversion to Foreign Policy?

Unfortunately that creep Olberpuke has over a million idiots watching him. He oughta be in the bottom of the barrel list! Beck beats him by just a few 100 thousand! :(

Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses. You look at Krauthammer, he’s brilliant on foreign matters but he follows the conventional wisdom on domestic stuff.
