She has certainly done well. She fought back tremendously.
fight on! Of course we will rejoice with the retaking of America but this race will add 10 times the happiness!
On a totally screwed up day this is great news to get!
Christine, YOU GO GIRL!!
If she wins it will be a massacre of Democrats.
Far be it from me to look a gift horse in the mouth, but — WHICH POLL are they citing?! Can I get a confirmation on their source?! Anyone know?
I’d really like to see COD pull this out. The commies’ toadies in the state run “media” and their comedians in our so-called “entertainment” industry have really worked hard to Palinize her. The NAGs at N.O.W. should be furious. Unfortunately, the girlymen at the DNC have the NAGs under their thumb.
Delaware voters are entitled to know if Chris Coons has financial designs on taxpayers and if Chris Coons intends to use a Senate seat to aide his cronies as he did with his New Castle County Executive job.
New Castle County Executive Chris Coons Voted To Open A Pension Loophole That Would Have Allowed County Employees To Buy Into The Pension System, Or To Transfer Credit From Other Government Service. Coons Saw To It That His Buddies And Top Staff People And All Six Of The New County Council Members And Their Staffs Were Grandfathered Under The state pension Loophole Which Has, And Will, Cost Taxpayers Millions Of Dollars.
In 2004, while campaigning to become New Castle Countys top executive, Dem Chris Coons promised not to raise taxes. Since then he has raised taxes three times.
Are the Delaware political cronies helping themselves to pensions (thanks to Coons) also pocketing double dipping, working in government jobs, and/or collecting other government checks, like disability? (See Bell, Cali scammers.)
=========================================
Does the New Castle County executive handle the county's insurance? EXAMPLE In federal court, an insurance broker (in another state) colluded with officials in a massive bribery scheme:
-- Padding insurance contracts by $500,000 to $600,000 a year;
-- Several hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits from the insurance broker were funneled to the officials in exchange for support of the insurance contracts;
-- The purchase of an apartment as a favor to one official;
-- About $8,000 a month in payments to the official to keep the insurance contacts going;
-- A $20,500 Rolex woman's watch given to the official as a gift to an unnamed district employee;
-- A $35,800 Rolex men's watch was given to the official;
-- The insurance broker paid various personal expenses of the official, including the pay down of a $20,000 home equity line of credit; $12,747 in appliances; $5,850 for a plumber; and $13,592 to buy appliances for a relative.
-- The insurance broker was charged with stealing $216,000 from the muni for a nonexistent wellness program for muni workers. ...........the insurance broker is alleged to have lied to the school's insurance carrier, falsely stating that the muni authorized the insurance carrier to pay fees on behalf of the muni from its medical claims bank account for health care related programs and services that never existed. Charges including money laundering, conspiracy, forgery and theft by deception.
Another $50 to COD on the way!
I’m more excited about the fact that the Tea Party Express is perhaps going to do something in the next few days involving their resources.
Since the number is 6, I assume that it’s the TCJ poll, which will be showing growth in Christines numbers by one, every time they release a new “poll”. I love the results that TCJ gives us, they’re just what we want to hear, but there’s no evidence an actual poll was taken. Merely “I look a poll and here are the names of the candidates and numbers that you will like.
But this may not be TCJ. And 6 points wouldn’t surprise me, if they use the info from the early voting (Republicans are voting, Democrats not) to determine who the likely voters are. Most pollsters are talking to way too many Democrats and far too few Republicans.
Pray.
Pray for the republic.
She’s getting closer, but she really needs the turnout to close that gap.
Oh, CRIPES!
This past week has my stomach in knots because of the “tightening” polls...
now I want to believe them!
ARGGGGGH!
What poll? Neither Coons nor our candidate are first tier, and we all know it.
Coons running negative ads against her — sign he is in trouble??? Coons refused to participate in their last planned debate -— why?
Go Christine! I’m wondering what’s going on with the GOP candidate for U.S. Senate in Maryland? If the Maryland Governor’s race is close, then why is the Maryland U.S. Senate race not, also, close? Is there not enough money and attention put in for the GOP U.S. Senate candidate in Maryland?
While my hope is for Christine O’Donnell to win, I have a strong desire to see Rove lose.
I’d see that as a twofer...
America desperately needs stand-up conservatives in congress who won't wilt from the inevitable leftwing media attacks they'll be receiving 24/7 or allow their conservative principles to be co-oped and subsumed by the Washington 'elite'. Christine O'Donnell can and should win. Karl Rove et al. should apologize for their snobbery and short-sightedness when she does - but don't hold your breath.
