I hope you all are watching BOR (hard as this often is). He gave 4 reasons what's happened to Juan Williams will be good for him. Then, BOR said he has Williams' back.
Williams then got a look in his eye and said he'd not realized but that BOR "is a stand up guy."

And I've got to hand it to O'Reilly for that.

It was an excellent segment. Karl Rove is on a roll as well. Keeps calling Shiller “that woman” lol!
BOR is going after Soros. He is now a man on a mission.

NPR could be toast......as in Air America. Jim DeMint is introducing a bill to de-fund NPR.

Talking to Rove about Soros money buying NPR. and that the woman needs to be fired....Comment about seeing a psychiatrist totally out of line. (She has not apologized to Juan)

Hip ripped that NPR cow (NPR CEO Vivian Schiller) a real wide new one!

Mr. Williams can definitely hold his own as a host on FOX News. When he's at the helm he asks the tough questions and pulls no punches. It is refreshing to see a liberal journalist who can put his own views aside and get to the facts, regardless of who is on the receiving end of the questions.
I'm not that big a fan of O'Reilly but I like how he said Mr. Williams will get more viewers on FOX News than he ever got on NPR. :)

With all the debt we have, it is absolute travesty to fund NPR
—off topic but I am also sick and tired of all the public money being spent for dear leader’s campaigning and now for HHS promoting obamacare!!!

Juan looked like he’d been through the wringer today. O’Reilly was usual blowhard self.

Juan sounds like a liberal in the process of being mugged.
It’s just priceless to watch him say the things we’ve been saying for years about those who side with him ideologically.

Juan was really pissed off. Betrayal by your "fellow travelers" tends to do that.
And this is right up O'Reilly's alley. He'll bulldog this one for two reasons. It's the right to do and it's the right thing for O'Reilly's ratings.

It’s obvious to me. NPR fired Juan because he is an African American. NPR is nothing but a bunch of white racists.
To: combat_boots
I wonder if this will become an election issue to defund NPR. BOR has quite a lineup tonight of heavy hitters and so far they are pissed.

BOR really hit this out of the park, and between his kindness to Juan, and Juan's brave but humble front, it was very emotional segment.
No matter how much we can disagree with Juan we always like and respect him, and you could tell he was hurt right to the core.
NPR has to be defunded finally along with PBS, they could have those jerks that are making hundreds of thousands of dollars be replace by volunteers taking no money at all.
